Perfect in every way!

This home met all our needs and more!We loved the heated pool! Lots of chaise lounges and outside dining area!The layout of the home is so functional. Plenty of areas that we could all stretch out and find our own nooks to read chill out.We loved having a garage and the washer and dryer. We would book again!

Beautiful home in a great location

The house is spacious and absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed spending time on the lanai with the pool and hot tub. The neighborhood is quiet and perfectly located, convenient to everything Cape Coral has to offer.

My Sunshine Paradise

Villa Belissima was everything you could imagine in a sunshine paradise and more. Although it was a little too big for just the two of us, we thoroughly enjoyed all the space and especially the pool area and lanai. Gerry, the very friendly pool guy, kept the water looking pristine and inviting. I would definitely book again with Roelens. As a matter of fact, I have already booked for next year.

Enjoyable stay

Nice house, very clean inside. Could use some minor maintenance. Manager replaced outside curtains while we were there , and the new ones were nice. We really loved the pool and outside areas, and got good use out of the hot tub. Very enjoyable stay.

Perfect for relaxing

Great property! We were able to completely relax on our vacation. Grabbed groceries and had no reason to leave. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The outdoor dining was great for meals and board games. The neighborhood was pretty peaceful and very quiet. The only draw back that I could think of is the pool light either didn't work or we couldn't find the switch.

Lovely home

The home was beautiful. We did have a issue with the microwave not working. We called the property manager. He stopped by and couldn't get the microwave to work either. He suggested we go buy one at Goodwill. Not happy with this response.

Sunshine for Michigan retirees

The spacious home is in an excellent location for shopping and eating. The warm waters of the pool called me in every day. In the kitchen were all the things we needed for prepping and eating. Donna did a good job of getting the maintenance people to fix what was broken. I recommend this home.

The outside of the property needs some TLC the house inside was nice and roomy the kitchen had good appliances the pool was nice as well as the hot tub the pool man who serviced the pool had to disconnect the timers on the hose they weren’t working the vacuum sweeper doesn’t work and the real problem was the ANTS in the great room in the bathrooms and especially in the kitchen the managing company sent out the exterminator twice I would not rent here again unless I was assured the the ANT problem has been addressed

Great outdoor living!

Huge heated pool with nice hot tub. Outside tv to watch also. Spent most of our time there. Inside could use a little TLC. Paint, closet doors. But overall, nice and large Great location. Near bridge and restaurants. Beach at Yacht Club was only a few minutes away. Much nicer than trying to fight Ft Myers beach traffic.

Great stay! Will stay again!

Absolutely great stay! Perfect place to stay after adding a few more ant traps and scrubbing the gasket in the front loading washer. Filter on pool wasn’t working and they had someone out the same day to look at it and fix it. Would highly recommend to anyone staying g in the Cape Coral area. I would absolutely stay here again and will if I’m in the area. Everything we needed was provided. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your property!

Pleasantly surprised

House looked small from the outside but when we went inside..oh wow! Only downside was location in reference to the beaches. We would rather walk out on the beach or a shorter drive. Beaches were 30 plus mins away. Overall the house was awesome and so was our stay! FYI..Sanibel beaches were the best ones to visit!
