House is great and in a great location close to many shopping centers, restaurants, trails/beaches. I made a list of Pros and Cons BUT each person is different and this is just my opinion. I would 100% rent this house and stay here again.

Pool is amazing
Dock/fishing area is amazing - caught crabs, channel catfish, and saw some snook!
Had all essentials, coffee, seasonings, plates, cups, soap, towels, toilet paper ect.
Close to EVERYTHING (seriously everything's 10/15mins away if that)
Books and games available for your use
Cons
Bed in Master suite for me was way to hard, the Queen bed was a lot nicer and softer in my opinion
Master suite does not cool down at all, I tried to leave the fan on, fan off, leave the door open, leave the door shut and nothing worked, I ended up buying a box fan to help keep cooler at night, the rest of the house was absolutely perfect though, we kept the temp around 74 the whole time we were there.
Random guys showed up to work on the dock, not a huge deal but it would have been nice to get a heads up as we were outback swimming
Random person came by again at like 830am and asked to come inside the house, we didn't let him because we didn't know who he was or have any notification of him coming
ANTS - before we even brought our things in there were tiny ants crawling on the walls and counters, and table outside, I ended up buying ant spray, which worked!
Again I would 100% stay again! Thank you
