"Property was top notch. Secluded, very clean. It had everything necessary to spend a peaceful time. Kitchen was very well equipped. Plenty of fire wood for the fire pit. The lake was about 5 min walk. Kayaks and stand up paddle boards are available. The only items lacking were bags of tea and instant coffee. The nearest supermarket is located at 30 min drive. "Beautiful property and house. The layout was wonderful. The house felt spacious even though it was small. The kitchen had everything we needed. The porch in back was perfect for reading. The furnishings were lovely. The proximity to Warren (2 miles) was great. The only issues were the low water pressure in the master bath shower (the large showerhead?) and a smell coming from the utility closet off of the master bedroom which we could not identify. "The owners of the property are amazing. We messaged them requesting information on the surrounding area and things to do and they sent us a very accurate and detailed list. We also asked about them decorating and hanging a banner prior to our arrival. They hung it and decorated the cabin prior to our arrival. We booked the cabin for a bachelorette trip and we had a great time. No complaints just great times! Will book this cabin again. "

"We could not have asked for a better setting for relaxing away from it all. Cabin was very well equipped allowing us to prepare our own meals. The location right at the water with its own beach was ideal for reading a book or casting a line. Property owners were very responsive and perfect hosts! I highly recommend this location and would return if the opportunity was to present itself. "

"This place was magical! We booked it for just one night, to cover a gap we realized we had on our cross-country road trip. We were just happy to have a place to stay roughly in between our northern and central Vermont destinations, but it turned out this was the best rental of all. "Our stay at Tacklebox was lovely. The cabin is spotlessly clean and very cozy with thoughtful amenities you would expect at a luxury resort: a beautiful sauna, Japanese soaking tub, nice bath products, outdoor grill, outdoor shower, a firepit, 2 kayaks, a canoe, etc. Access to Lake Champlain from a private dock was easy and the view across the lake from the cabin's deck was spectacular, especially at sunset. All in all, we had a wonderful and peaceful stay at the Tacklebox."

"Wow, what a beautiful place to stay! Surrounded with Gods beautiful creation. Cabin was perfect,clean and stocked with everything we needed. Beds comfortable and cozy. The view of the lake from the kitchen table was gorgeous. We enjoyed boating on the lake , sun bathing and fishing! We also enjoyed visiting with the owners. They made sure our stay was a great one! I am very thankful for their kindness. My husband and I will be back , next time with the whole family!! "

"We really enjoyed our trip to this cabin. Had two full days of skiing in the hospitality was amazing. The hot tub was a nice touch after a long day. My favorite part was the complementary cinnamon twist that were delivered to our door bright and early in the morning. Beautiful cabin, peaceful, and quiet. Will be back again."

"Comuniqué al hotel que no podía llegar por el cierre del ferry que tenía que utilizar para llegar al hotel. Me envían una factura con 0 dolares. En cambio me cobran la reserva completa. Entiendo la política de cancelación pero porque recibo una factura de 0 dolares?"
