My stay at Martin’s cabin was absolutely wonderful! The place has everything you could need and the location is both private and a short drive to the resorts. The hot tub is a nice amenity and overlooks the peaceful woods and pond behind the cabin. Martin was also extremely accommodating and communicated with me throughout the stay with any questions I had. No doubt I would love to stay here again!! Thanks Martin!!

The host was awesome! We received a welcome message when we arrived. I locked the keys in the unit and they responded quickly to get us back in, that was incredible!It snowed while we were there and the driveway and road were plowed quickly. The amenities are so awesome! The property was super immaculate clean and organized. There was everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The hot tub was perfect! Bed was so comfortable. This is a 5 star property in our opinion. It is highly recomended. And its close to all directions (Morristown,Stowe,Johnson) and Burlington is a short drive and incredibly scenic.

Always a Wonderful Stay

Once again had an amazing winter getaway at the Sugar Haus. The location is so perfectly secluded and quiet, but close enough to all the amazing food and drink and mountains that Vermont has to offer. The cabin is always impeccably clean and has all the amenities you would need to enjoy your stay. Cannot wait to return next year!

Amazing get away

The perfect Honeymoon

My wife and I stayed at this cabin for our honeymoon and it was a perfect balance of simplicity and luxury. We stayed in the winter and will definitely be coming back in the fall.

Always a Great Stay

This was our third time staying at the Sugar Haus and it was as amazing as always. The cabin is quiet and clean and we loved watching the birds in the morning and using the hot tub at night. It really is the highlight of our winter and we cannot wait to return next year!

A perfect experience

It was everything that we had hoped for: location (breathtaking), cleanliness (happy the host did not allow pets), experience (peaceful). I would highly recommend this place and would love to come back again.

Winter Wonderland

Beautiful secluded cabin as advertised. Perfect for two and room for kids with the loft. Very convienent having washer and dryer and made much use of hot tub watching the snow blow around. So close to all of the Stowe winter activities. Plan to be back for a summer trip on day.

Perfect spot if you just want to get away!

The "Sugar Haus" is simply fantastic. It is super clean and has everything you need and want. The host is super at tentative if you need anything. The area is absolutely stunning. There is plenty to do if you want to and tons of beautiful nature if you just want to get away.

Cutest cabin!

Loved staying here for the weekend! The snow falling in the hot tub made it magical. Martin even brought us dry wood for a winter bonfire which was amazing. Will definitely recommend to friends!!

Our stay here was amazing. The host sent us a message the night we arrived asking if we needed anything. Gave us recommendations on some things we were interested in. The property was adorable. The perfect size for my husband and I. And beyond clean. Would stay here yearly!

Beautiful location and fabulous cozy and romantic getaway. Martin was very responsive and everything was top notch. We were close to so many fabulous restaurants and shops. I do wish the driveway and street were sanded or salted. They were a little scary to navigate at night.

Beautiful, quiet, private, great hosts!

Wanted to re-experience our Stowe honeymoon for our 10 year anniversary in a more comfortable well appointed private home. The sugar haus delivered that perfectly! The house itself is clean and modern with every appliance or utensil you will need . The hosts were very responsive and helpful. A quick drive to Stowe if desired but far enough to be peaceful, quiet, and avoid all the traffic as well. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect spot.

Wonderful Getaway!

My daughter and I went for a quick girls' getaway. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was so cozy and relaxing with the fireplace and comfy sofa. It had plenty of room for both of us and many extras. The kitchen was fully stocked and the whole house was immaculate. We enjoyed the hot tub and the yard was private and beautiful. The owner, Martin, is a super nice guy and was available if needed. We are planning to make this home part of an annual event!!

A true jem of a home near Stowe

My wife & I wanted to stay near Stowe for a few days and were so lucky to find this home available. We are from FL & while we realize Stowe has more draw in the winter, this mountain cabin home was as good as any we have stayed at in NC or TN. Nearly everything else we looked at in/near Stowe was the typical condo which failed to impress. This home has every comfort you would need and even still has that new home smell. It is beautifully appointed and we loved sitting on the deck/in the hot tub looking out over the pond and surrounding woods. The location was perfect for us and Martin was a terrific host even though we didn't require much. For anyone looking for a newer home close to Stowe with privacy the condos can't offer and with all the comforts of home, the Sugar Haus is a perfect 10. Not only were the photos 100% accurate, they really didnt reflect some of the outside beauty this home has in summer time. This was an amazing stay for us. Thank you Martin...we loved our stay & hope we can return someday!
