"We had a short, but lovely stay at the Green Door cabin. The cabin is simple but cozy and was clean when we came. The location is lovely, with a pond view and paths around the pond and lake that you can walk. Would love to come back in summer or autumn sometime!"

"The keys were not where owner said they would be; owner did not respond to email and phone messages about keys. We said we would be late, and it was stressful being left out in the dark waiting for an answer that didn't come. eThe bathroom was not very clean - dropped an earring by toilet base and it was disgusting. The fridge was also not clean. Says it's on 2.5 acres and sounds private, but there's less than an acre in the yard and two houses right behind you where you are fenced off from most...

"This place charmed me from the first minute. My only regret is that I don't have a dog yet, who would have had so much fun in the fenced-in wonderful yard! Just right for my solo trip, though I could have easily entertained a group on the deck. Lovely Vermont vibe!"
