"I rented all 4 cottages for a family vacation. The property was clean and well maintained. When a question arose, the property manager was quick to respond. The pool was perfect for our needs and provided a private place to hang out since we had all 4 cottages. The walk to restaurants was a little long, but taxis are always available and walking allowed us to become familiar with the culture of the island. We truly enjoyed our experience and would return. "

"Excellent place to relax and unwind. Sitting on the beach or taking the kayak out, all the sunshine you would want. The entire facility is clean and the house is modern. The "Placencia Sidewalk" begins at the beach house, so it was an easy stroll in to town for lunch and dinner. The host was excellent to communicate with and answer questions."

"Our stay at the Dock House was definitely more GLAMPing than camping. We had a great breeze which allowed for us to sleep with the windows open and no mosquito net needed. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have experienced in Belize. (We have been traveling to Belize for years and typically stay in places under $200/night). We had breakfast both mornings and really enjoyed it! Very peaceful 2 days up north. 10/10 recommend!"

"The room was clean and had many of the basics. The property description is a little misleading as there is no beach on the property. There is a seawall and an amazing pier, but do not expect a beach or a good place to swim. The water is very murky and full of sargassum, and unfortunately a fair amount of trash.
