"The owners and staff at this place were so friendly and helpful, the entire team went over and beyond helping our first time in San Pedro a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, easy walk to good restaurants, markets, beach, and water activities. My daughter and I felt completely safe in the area, they have a locked gate system, for security. The room was clean, beds were comfy. We were in the pearl room on the 3rd floor with great views of the ocean. One tip of advice.. no elevators.....

"Easy to get in to condo. But only 1 plastic cup to use pool side and only 2 forks. There was not even salt and pepper so be perpared to buy everything u need to cook. The fan in the bedroom did not work but the host was responsive and got a portable fan for us. There was some bug that keep biting us but we never saw what it was. Would have been nice to have a few more towels for our over a week stay or at least house keeping to change for clean towels or fresh sheets. Property was beautiful. ...
