"The gecko bungalow’s is an amazing stay. Everything was as advertised. The host a company were more than accommodating. Transporting us from the airport and back, accommodation us with food recommendations as well as other transport throughout the city. I would recommend staying here to anyone who wants to have a nice peaceful and enjoyable stay!"

"If you are looking for the jungle experience than this is the place for you. We were greeted by the local troop of Howler monkeys on arrival. Beautiful house right on the river. Locals had been seeing Manitee in the river near the house. Kenny and Shanna were great. We are already planning a return trip. "

"This condo feels like home. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen has the necessities. The condo is gated in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is gorgeous and perfectly maintained. The outdoor deck is set up for dining and sunning with table, bar, and lounge chairs. The mango tree adjacent to the deck area is heavy with fruit, but it is still to early to enjoy. The condo’s host is responsive and helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better home away from home!"

"We had a terrible experience. There was no hot water, the Wifi was so weak it barely worked. There was no television and last but not least NO hot water. Power outage happened about 5 times.. we went to the desk and literally everyone was gone from the hotel.. The lights to see down the triple staircase were out completely.. Also if a person wanted something to eat you were not getting that either.. ot a least a cocktail!! My husband and I agreed the property was beautiful but we are getting...

"The place was clean but the photos are showing 2 places. The beds were confortable. The bedroom were not insonorated like it was written so we could ear lots of neighborhood dogs barking at night. Overall the place had everything we needed to visit that local part of Belize."

Our host was outstanding—they truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this stay. If you’re on the fence, just book it—you won’t regret it. Highly, highly recommend!"
