"This was a perfect place for my family of 4. The condo is small but efficient. We did not lack any needs. Hosts were VERY responsive with some small issues we had, that were out of their control (power outage overnight that affected a large area of paradise island and lighting fried the internet router). "Beautiful property in a beautiful location. The home was only steps away from a great pool and the most beautiful beach. The property was equipped with everything needed for a perfect day at the beach. Viola’s, the restaurant on site, was fabulous. John was a wonderful, responsive host. He was very quick to respond with any inquiries both before and during our stay. The trip was a 10/10 for our family of 5."

"We were genuinely shocked and disappointed by this property. The location was good and the beach was stunning however the property itself was not worth the money. The walls were cracking, the areas that were patched were not painted, we had multiple issues with roaches and my husband spent the evening killing the termites that were crawling above the bed. "The property is fantastic and perfect for two families traveling together. Well appointed and has everything you will need. Centrally located on Exuma near the airport (but absolutely no plane noise) with easy access too the whole island. There beach was great. Can’t say enough positive things about our stay."
