Our family of 10 people ranging from infants to the elders, had an amazing time staying at this wonderful property! There was plenty of room for us to spread out and have our own spaces in the 2 separate buildings. The location is truly spectacular, on an amazing beach stretch with the most stunning water you’ve ever seen. We were amazed by the how private the beach was, and how most days we didn’t see more than a couple of other people in any direction.The kids enjoyed the pool, which was lovely to have and just has been fully renovated from what we learned.Angelique and Gabby were an amazing hosts, taking care of all our endless need and questions.Exuma is our favorite Island by a long stretch now!Thank you, Casa Del Mar, for the amazing time.

Location was close to the beach which was nice. Upon check-in one room wasn't completely clean. Blinds in several rooms did not function or were not present at all One Master bathroom had vanity mirror missing. Cracks in the concrete around the pool. Sliding doors were difficult to open and close.The place has a nice location to the beach but the property needs some maintenance.

We had a fantastic stay this past week at this property! The location of the Villa was perfect- steps away from a gorgeous beach and having a nice pool was amazing. We also appreciate the privacy it (Villa) provided.My family and I have stayed at other properties on Exuma, this by far has to be the best one! This modern Villa is laid out perfectly, plenty of room for two large (we brought our best friends along this time) families. The entire property is immaculately maintained!The location of the property is close to the airport and very central on the island. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a home cooked meal together. Thank you Angelique, Gabby and Dmitri for the opportunity to enjoy your beautiful property!! We will be back!!

Loved our stay at Casa Del Mar…super close to the airport and the host was very responsive and great to deal with. There is a nice beach very short walk from the house. Our kids love having the private pool at the property to wind down from a day at the beach!

We had group of 8 and couldn’t have picked a better home than Casa Del Mar!Such a nice home with everything you can think of to make your vacation the absolute best! Perfect location and Villa was setup so everyone had privacy plus great space to be together.Angelique, the property manager was so attentive and made us feel very welcome.Having two kitchens and double appliances were so useful!It was hard to leave the gorgeous house and the amazing beach to explore the friendliest and most beautiful island of Exuma. Our group will always remember our week at Casa Del Mar!

Beautiful and Amazing!!!!This is our 2nd time staying at Casa Del Mar and we are in love with the overall set up of this place. The home has everything you can possibly need for an amazing vacation and we can appreciate all the latest amendments and an array of the updates the Owners did to the Villa. If privacy is something that you want, look no further, this is your place. This property really is everything that you expect and much more! Everyone on the team is nice and helpful (Gabby and Angelique) and Dmitri is always available for a call to answer any possible question that you might have. We enjoyed our stay! We had 9 people in total. We had an infant and it was very nice to have a high chair and pack and play provided for us. Management was quick to respond and helpful with all of our questions. Location is close to the airport and nice.Overall the property is beautiful- we did have the dishwasher not work in one of the houses as well as the garbage disposal & the dryer was broken in the other house. We alerted the manager but they had a hard time getting maintenance to come out & these things were not resolved while we were there. We made due but the garbage disposal did have quite a smell. The pool also has some issues that made us nervous with the kids tripping and hurting theirselves- the coping on one side is sinking in.Overall the houses were very nice and the location was great. Staff was friendly & helpful.

Gorgeous location!

We stayed for a week with 2 families of 4 and absolutely loved everything about the property. Having a completely separate space for each family was perfect and the house was stocked with everything we needed. The beach is a short walk away and we basically had the beach to ourselves every day. Driving all over the island is easy and it was always great to come back to Casa Del Mar after a day of exploration. Gabby and Darron were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be returning!

Great location & beautiful property

We stayed 5 nights and the place was exactly what was shown and described in the pictures. It was a short walk to the beach and was equipped with plenty of beach chairs and towels. The electricity cut off one night for about 40 minutes and the owner said that was fairly common on the island. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience the entire stay.

Amazing vacation!

We had an absolute blast at the Casa Del Mar! What an amazing property! Dmitri was great through the planning process, offering help and recommendations for everything we needed for our trip. The property is spectacular. The home is fully equipped with everything you need to cook or enjoy the pool and courtyard. The rooms inside the house were large and beautifully decorated. The location and beach are spectacular.The ocean was the perfect temperature and the waves subtle enough so that you didn't have to worry about getting knocked over. The beach was basically all ours with only a couple other people in sight. Amazing experience overall!

Great potential but needs some attention

This property is perfect for two families or groups traveling together. It sits close to the beach (2 houses back) so catches a nice breeze and the pool is great. The kitchen is modern, well stocked and we cooked most nights since restaurants are not super close by and service is generally slow. Our biggest complaint (and it seems to be a recurring theme among these reviews) is that the property manager is not easy to get in touch with and doesn’t have much follow through. We inquired about the possibility of an early check in but received no reply so arrived on time and she was still cleaning. One unit was very clean and the other seemed unfinished. The propane tanks for the gas grill were both empty upon arrival and we didn’t get replacements for 24+ hours and had to request multiple times. The sheets for the pull out sofas did not fit (twin size for a double bed in one unit and king on double in another) and the air conditioners on the 2nd floor of both units did not work well at all. Wi-Fi was spotty and we did not receive any of the major network channels on the tv. There are no written instructions from the owner/manager regarding expectations upon check out and no directions as to how to operate things. We love the Bahamas & have traveled to the Caribbean many times so understand that life there moves at a slower pace but feel the property could be greatly improved if the property manager seemed a more prepared/responsive.

Paradise!

We were 2 families with teenagers, a total of 4 adults and 3 teenagers. We had more than enough room; the property could easily accommodate more. We stayed 5 nights. We enjoyed the pool and grilling out at the house. The beds were comfy (except the pull out couch, but those never are), and the separate AC units for each room were nice! We were just steps from the beach! We spent a lot of time on the beach, watching the sunrise, swimming, relaxing, and using the SUP/kayak that were provided. Gabby was super nice and accommodated our request for an early check in and late check out. We had the best time and highly recommend Casa Del Mar!

Casa Del Mar luxury indeed!

Casa Del Mar is beautiful. We had 13 total people with three small children under the ages of five. Dimitri and Gabby were very accommodating to our needs and quick to reply with all of our questions. We loved the pool between the two villas and having the two villas gave us more privacy. The beach in front of the villas was great and we spent two of our days beachside.

should have stayed longer!!

Absolutely amazing. Very convenient, close to the airport and on a perfect secluded beach. Felt very safe. Pool was great and sheltered, steps from the beach. Layout of the property worked perfectly for our 2 families. Had fun playing beach volleyball as well. Our only complaint is we didn't have enough time there! So many amazing places to explore. Thank you!!

Exactly as listed- beautiful!

We had a week with two families with young kids at this property. We had the best visit! The two homes were perfect for us to have our own space but have joint meals together. The kids lived in the pool and the ocean was just steps away. The property was fully stocked and the managers incredibly responsive. Exuma is gorgeous and we visit every year. This is one we would definitely return to!

Family Vacation

Beautiful property with easy access to a fantastic long beach. we are a family of 6 adults and 3 teenagers. The facilities were excellent forl letting the whole family do their own thing what with two complete kitchens and dining areas. The only problem that I had was I found Gabby difficult to get a hold of when I wanted something. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this property to families who want a relaxing vacation. I would suggest that people rent a car from Exuma Automotive Rentals.
