Beautiful home located in a very convenient location in Great Exuma. It is centrally located to easily explore both ends of the island.The beach is literally outside your door and the soft white sand makes for perfect walks. The bar at the end of the beach stretchis amazing and makes walks worth it! The home was decorated first class: the kitchen, the furnishings, the decor and the courtyard were all perfect. The beach chairs and toys were perfect to enjoy a wonderful day on the beach. We will definitely be back again!

We had a wonderful family stay at Casa Del Mare! Great location and setup. We’ve been to Exuma before and this was our favorite home!The location was perfect and close to the airport and where we wanted to be for all the excursions as well as restaurants and shopping. The Villa was fantastically appointed and had everything we needed and beyond. The beach, the pool, the grill area and the views were all perfect.We hope to visit again soon!

A group of 12 friends stayed for my 50th Birthday and this Villa was beyond our expectations! The house managers Gabby and Angelique were in touch with us before our arrival and helped with pre-stocking groceries, getting a Chef to do a dinner, and arranging a private half day boat tour. The only thing listing does not show is just how comfortable the beds are - truly the best I have ever experienced! We are already looking at dates to come back to Casa Del Mar!

Beautiful place, but nothing works. The location is lovely. The beach is lovely. The pool was lovely. But you can’t get in and out of the doors. Washer works in one side but you have to carry wet laundry outside and around to the other side of the house if you want to put it in the dryer. If you’re staying on one side of the house, you have to go outside and around or through someone’s bedroom or someone’s bathroom in order to get into the other side of the house. There were no screens on the doors or there were holes in the screens of the doors. Luckily, my husband brought duct tape and he was able to fix ours. Couldn’t control the fans when we first got there because there were no batteries in the remote control. We had family in both villas and if you wanted to use your bathroom, you had to go all the way around the house to get to it. Because the doors didn’t open! One brother had to sleep on the hide a bed which was extremely uncomfortable and there was only one shade, so his room was exposed the whole time. We go to the Caribbean every year but this house was annoying & disappointing.

We just returned from our first trip to Exuma. We rented Casa Del Mar based on location, reviews and amenities offered... and it was wonderful! It is a very nice modern design home situated in a "resort feeling" setting of beautiful landscaping. The villa is stunning, attention to detail 1st class, with everything at the property you could wish for. Beach towels, beach chairs, coolers to take to the beach. The interior is stunning, with everything you need and more and the privacy of the pool with sun lounges and the court is superb. Highly recommended!

Our family of 10 people ranging from infants to the elders, had an amazing time staying at this wonderful property! There was plenty of room for us to spread out and have our own spaces in the 2 separate buildings. The location is truly spectacular, on an amazing beach stretch with the most stunning water you’ve ever seen. We were amazed by the how private the beach was, and how most days we didn’t see more than a couple of other people in any direction.The kids enjoyed the pool, which was lovely to have and just has been fully renovated from what we learned.Angelique and Gabby were an amazing hosts, taking care of all our endless need and questions.Exuma is our favorite Island by a long stretch now!Thank you, Casa Del Mar, for the amazing time.

Location was close to the beach which was nice. Upon check-in one room wasn't completely clean. Blinds in several rooms did not function or were not present at all One Master bathroom had vanity mirror missing. Cracks in the concrete around the pool. Sliding doors were difficult to open and close.The place has a nice location to the beach but the property needs some maintenance.

We had a fantastic stay this past week at this property! The location of the Villa was perfect- steps away from a gorgeous beach and having a nice pool was amazing. We also appreciate the privacy it (Villa) provided.My family and I have stayed at other properties on Exuma, this by far has to be the best one! This modern Villa is laid out perfectly, plenty of room for two large (we brought our best friends along this time) families. The entire property is immaculately maintained!The location of the property is close to the airport and very central on the island. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a home cooked meal together. Thank you Angelique, Gabby and Dmitri for the opportunity to enjoy your beautiful property!! We will be back!!

Loved our stay at Casa Del Mar…super close to the airport and the host was very responsive and great to deal with. There is a nice beach very short walk from the house. Our kids love having the private pool at the property to wind down from a day at the beach!

We had group of 8 and couldn’t have picked a better home than Casa Del Mar!Such a nice home with everything you can think of to make your vacation the absolute best! Perfect location and Villa was setup so everyone had privacy plus great space to be together.Angelique, the property manager was so attentive and made us feel very welcome.Having two kitchens and double appliances were so useful!It was hard to leave the gorgeous house and the amazing beach to explore the friendliest and most beautiful island of Exuma. Our group will always remember our week at Casa Del Mar!

Beautiful and Amazing!!!!This is our 2nd time staying at Casa Del Mar and we are in love with the overall set up of this place. The home has everything you can possibly need for an amazing vacation and we can appreciate all the latest amendments and an array of the updates the Owners did to the Villa. If privacy is something that you want, look no further, this is your place. This property really is everything that you expect and much more! Everyone on the team is nice and helpful (Gabby and Angelique) and Dmitri is always available for a call to answer any possible question that you might have. We enjoyed our stay! We had 9 people in total. We had an infant and it was very nice to have a high chair and pack and play provided for us. Management was quick to respond and helpful with all of our questions. Location is close to the airport and nice.Overall the property is beautiful- we did have the dishwasher not work in one of the houses as well as the garbage disposal & the dryer was broken in the other house. We alerted the manager but they had a hard time getting maintenance to come out & these things were not resolved while we were there. We made due but the garbage disposal did have quite a smell. The pool also has some issues that made us nervous with the kids tripping and hurting theirselves- the coping on one side is sinking in.Overall the houses were very nice and the location was great. Staff was friendly & helpful.

Gorgeous location!

We stayed for a week with 2 families of 4 and absolutely loved everything about the property. Having a completely separate space for each family was perfect and the house was stocked with everything we needed. The beach is a short walk away and we basically had the beach to ourselves every day. Driving all over the island is easy and it was always great to come back to Casa Del Mar after a day of exploration. Gabby and Darron were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be returning!

Great location & beautiful property

We stayed 5 nights and the place was exactly what was shown and described in the pictures. It was a short walk to the beach and was equipped with plenty of beach chairs and towels. The electricity cut off one night for about 40 minutes and the owner said that was fairly common on the island. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience the entire stay.

Amazing vacation!

We had an absolute blast at the Casa Del Mar! What an amazing property! Dmitri was great through the planning process, offering help and recommendations for everything we needed for our trip. The property is spectacular. The home is fully equipped with everything you need to cook or enjoy the pool and courtyard. The rooms inside the house were large and beautifully decorated. The location and beach are spectacular.The ocean was the perfect temperature and the waves subtle enough so that you didn't have to worry about getting knocked over. The beach was basically all ours with only a couple other people in sight. Amazing experience overall!
