I can’t say enough nice things about this place. It was well cared for, well stocked, clean, quirky, quiet and wonderful. I wish we could have stayed longer. The sheets & towels were plentiful and soft! The beds were comfortable and my son desperately wanted to take the chaise lounge home with him. John was an excellent and attentive host. I would come back in a minute if my travels brought me back to Nassau.

Our stay was Amazing! The Villa had everything we expected and much more. Loved the mostly private patio that is steps away from the pool and beach which is beautiful! Our host, John, went up and above to make sure our stay was perfect. He is very knowledgeable and responds quickly if needed. We would definitely recommend this Villa and are hoping to come back real soon to this slice of Paradise!

Everything you need for the beach is provided, even snorkeling gear. I will definitely stay at this villa when I return.

Family Summer Vacation

Sunrise Beach Villa Resort was a great location for us. A private pool and beach access made for a very relaxing stay. Atlantis and all the shops and restaurants around it were within an easy 15 minute walk and cabs were plentiful. The owner was incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. Can’t wait to come back.

By the beach

Main attraction is 5 minutes walk to cabbage beachBe prepared to take taxi everywhere.limited restaurants unless u want to go to Atlantis area. Very pricey touristy cabbage beach bistro recommended otherwise we went off island to poop deck The complex is well laid out and well maintained the pool nearest to #15 is cleaner.Villa is comfortable well equipped kitchen. Difficult to reach plates etc if short no step ladder. Two king beds are high not suitable if short or have back, hip or leg issues. Footstool could help. Downstairs bathroom is a very small shower unit lacking in any shelves or hooks for hanging.Would be nice to have couple of sun loungers higher then the chairs provided.

Amazing location and property

Very welcoming and easy from the beginning to the end of our stay. The pools are fabulous and the beach right out of the gate is superb. John provides all the information you may need and will reach out to be certain that everything is going well. Donella is so helpful and easy to communicate with, we used her for airport transfers and to stop at the grocery store on the way in. I would highly recommend this little slice of paradise

Our party of six very much enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent and very walkable. The grounds are clean as is the beach and the pools are well maintained and clean. The unit itself was very clean and had everything that we needed. There are things about the unit that could stand some updating but it is pretty much what I expected for the price.

Fantastic Property

The owner and manager are both great communicators, giving us so much valuable information- not only about the property, but the island as well. The condo was perfect for six of us and the beach couldn’t have been any better! They even offer shuttle service, which we used just about every day! Would all love to go back one day!

Great stay in Paradise Island

John is a great host and the condo, pool, and beach are wonderful. A 10-minute walk down the beach brings you to a protected cove where you can snorkel from the beach and schools of fish will surround you. Atlantis is a 5-10 minute walk in the other direction…easy access to the restaurants, casino, aquarium, and water slides with the option to retreat to a quieter setting when you’ve had enough of the crowds. Perfect homebase for a Paradise Island vacation!

Unbeatable location & thoughtful host!

John is probably the most thoughtful host I’ve ever encountered. In advance of our trip his property manager helped with recommendations for excursions, beaches, and local stores. Before we arrived John shared a very detailed guide with insider tips and all the information we needed for a successful getaway. The house was as described and stocked with beach chairs, toys, coolers and ice packs, kitchen supplies, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent, beach towels, a high chair, and more. The property has two great pools which were never crowded, and is located directly on a gorgeous beach that is just far enough from the nearest resort that you have it almost entirely to yourself. I highly recommend John’s house!
