"The private beach access was amazing. The overall make up of the villa was great. There is a boat rental/repair on the property that was noisy at times, but would only affect you if you planned on sleeping all day. The rooms would benefit from blackout blinds, on site cleaning supplies, and a better selection of kitchen appliances/cookware. The TV instructions didn't match the remote supplied, so if you wanted to watch a movie it would not allow you to open anything. I messaged the host several...

"The hosts were amazing from the moment of booking. The location was perfect - gated community, walk to the restaurant, bar, community pool and beach. Very easy drive to town and fabulous nearby beaches (Jolly Hall was fab!) But the best part was the house. Our “backyard” was the ocean! We saw a turtle, many fish, found a large conch. Played with starfish (gently and put them back,) Next time we’ll rent a boat and tie it up behind the house! Highly recommend! "
