"The place is in a nice location, not on the sea but super close to it. Great value for money. We found the mattresses to be a little too hard for us, but I’m sure other people would like them. The kitchen is well equipped. Candida was very helpful with the whole process of rental, check-in etc. "

"Our original rental cancelled on us with less than 48 hours' notice, so we scrambled and booked this property. Our family of three was very comfortable, and the beachfront location can't be beat. However, the road quality was very poor, and we did sadly get a flat tire (one of two during our short time on the island). The kitchen was very well stocked, but we did need to buy addtl. toilet paper and hand soap at the convenience store nearby. We were unable to get the TV to work and needed to dine...

"Little Fern Cottage is even better than advertised! The host was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. We were given a welcome packet that had the ferry schedule, golf cart rental companies, etc. everything to make our stay on Elbow seamless. Location is a short walk or golf cart ride to everything you want to explore. We will be booking again soon. "
