The host Yvette was very responsive via the text however individual answering the phone number provided at the property was not helpful at all. Would recommend unless internet is really impitoyable you"

"Treasure Cay is the most beautiful place to be. The beaches are amazing,with crystal clear blue waters. It’s truly something special to be here. The house was equipped with everything you could think of. Our pool was professionally cleaned every single day! The home has huge gorgeous ceilings and is even nicer in person, than in the listing pictures. My family loved the laid back atmosphere but there were also so many fun places to go. "Overall we had a great time at Ivan's villa. The villa itself is fairly basic, but the place was clean and comfortable. But, we weren't there for the villa. The beach is amazing and was basically deserted while we were there, 3.5 miles of beach and maybe 50-100 people in sight each day. The villa is just steps from this amazing beach and blue water and is also located a short walk from a convenience store, liquor store, and Cafe Florence and those amazing cinnamon buns. Check in was very easy...

"The property is conveniently located near enough to Marsh Harbor to be able to quickly go there to buy groceries or go to restaurants etc., but far enough away so you feel like you are the only person or people on the beautiful Treasure Cay beach. Unit has cook top, microwave and small fridge, but with a separate freezer so you can buy a few frozen foods for convenience."

"Clean and roomy, absolutely beautiful beach, quiet area. Really recommend if you want a calming vecation. Dough (the host) was really easy to communicate with and will answer the same day if you have any questions. You should have a car or golfcart to get around. "

"A dream vacation. This house was perfect for our 2 family vacation of 8 people. The kids LOVED seeing all the wild life right off the dock, my daughter and I “biked in the Bahamas” each morning, the beach was PERFECT, and the host was very helpful. We felt extremely safe in the neighborhood. On mornings our kids were early risers before all the adults they would sit in the back porch to talk and watch the sunrise. It was precious. We can’t wait to plan another vacation here. "

"There are plenty of places to eat out and the small grocery store at the end has a good variety of items. The location of the property is second to none! My only issue with the property is how uncomfortable the seating is in the living room. "
