  • Recently built, centrally located one bed cottage, nestled along a lush hillside.

    400 square foot interior space; 360 square foot porch space; view of sunset over water.

    A short walk to Staniel Cay Yacht Club, beaches, bars, restaurants, and village shops.

    Cottage has a large screened-in front porch, full kitchen with new appliances-gas stove, refrigerator and microwave and toaster.

    There is a queen size bed and a back porch with a water view.

    The cottage is equipped with a large AC unit, wireless internet, and smart TV with Netflix.

    New 2022 Club Car Onward golf cart available for rent during your stay. Please inquire for rental rates.

    Bicycle, Kayak, Sup, and boat rentals are available on Staniel Cay.

    Beach combing, swimming, snorkeling, and fishing on and around Staniel Cay is fabulous.

Thank you, Anita and Theo! What a magical little cottage with an incredible view. Perfect location, close to the Staniel Cay Yacht Club and the main beach. Definitely recommend renting the golf cart for a drive around the island. We loved our stay!

The cottage was cozy and conveniently located. It was well appointed with towels, beach towels, and the necessary toiletries as well as dishes, coffee maker, large refrigerator and whatever else you’d need. The cottage was very clean upon arrival and both Anita and Theodore were easy to contact for any questions regarding our stay.

The cottage was immaculate, beautiful, and in an amazing location. I would suggest renting a boat through the owners for a fabulous side trip to see the sharks and pigs. Anita was extremely friendly and replied to me immediately to any questions I had. We will definitely return!!

Loved the cottage. Was perfect for just my wife and I. Very close to the Staniel Cay Yacht Club, liquor store/laundromat, convenience store, and the airport. Loved the option for the golf cart and boat. We had a great time.

The cozy cottage was perfect for my husband and I. Bed was so comfortable! Theo was so helpful with any questions! We rented the golf cart and the boat they offer. If you’re comfortable driving a boat, I recommend doing this! We went to some of the most beautiful beaches and sandbars!

Great location in Staniel Cay! near to restaurants and beach. Comfy bed and spacious cottage for 2. Internet service was reliable and fast. Golf cart and boat were a great plus! Host is always available for anything you need, we will definitely be back

Excellent Stay, super clean, lovely view, located near to The Yacht Club. great hosts - picked us up on the dock when we arrived and also transported us to the airport on check out.. they are building a two bedroom unit - hopefully it will be done before my next visit

Our stay was great!! Anita and Theodore were great in communicating with us. The cottage was clean and cozy and close to everything. The bed was very comfortable. It had all that we needed. Our golf cart and boat rentals were very well arranged. We had a great stay. Thank you Theodore and Anita!! See you next time!!

A wonderful experience

This cottage is clean and comfortable. The hosts are very quick to respond and provided transportation to/from airport. It is a very short walk to the Yacht Club for yummy meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to plan another trip to Staniel Cay!

Superb Staniel Cay Getaway

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Cozy Cottage. The island and people were amazing. Anita and Theodore were super friendly ! Couldn’t have been more pleased with our hosts and their cozy cottage. It’s exactly as described! Anita made sure we visited her recommended beaches! So beautiful! Golf cart a must to hop around. Until next time! We’ll be back!
