Fantástico
El apartamento edta muy buen equipado, con terraza y unas vistas espectaculares. Tiene 2 plantas . En la de la entrada está la cocina/salon y la terraza. Muy amplio y muy birn equipado. En la planta baja estan las dos habitaciones y los dos baños. Ambas habitacioned con vistas al mar. Todas las edificaciones alrededor son muy bonitas Hay que tener en cuenta que para ir a la.playa o a cualquier sitio se debe de llevar siempre el coche. Lo recomiendo 100% si no ed impedimento coger el coche

El apartamento es fantástico
El apartamento está muy bien equipado. La cocina tiene literalmente de todo. Se ve muy nuevo y las vistas son magníficas. Cómo punto negativo tengo que decir que la cama principal es algo incómoda. El colchón se hunde bastante y hace ruido al moverte. Las almohadas tampoco son demasiado buenas. De todo lo demás no puedo decir nada malo. Volvería seguro

Una casa 10
La casa es fantástica, muy bien equipada. Todo muy bien cuidado y con vistas espectaculares. Las camas cómodas. La zona es muy bonita, con mucha vegetación (hay que protegerse de los mosquitos...). Se puede ir a la playa andando, pero es un paseo de unos 20 minutos y la vuelta es dura, todo cuesta arriba, pero muy agradable. Por unos cuantos euros se puede dejar el coche todo el día en uno de los aparcamientos que hay al lado de la playa. Una estancia estupenda, muy contentos con la elección.

Nos ha encantado la estancia en el apartamento, tiene todas las comodidades necesarias, todo muy cuidado, la piscina muy cómoda, la comunidad muy tranquila para descansar en familia y las visitas son espectaculares.

Tolles Hause mit guter Ausstattung und fantastischem Ausblick. Es war etwas schwierig das Haus in der Anlage zu finden. Aber nach einem Telefonat war alles geklärt und wir konnten den Urlaub genießen.

Fantastic apartment in a stunning location
Wow! I’ve been traveling across the coasts of Portugal and Spain for the past two months, but I didn’t want to leave this place in the Costa Tropical. The apartment feels like a real home, not a cookie-cutter rental. It’s modern and clean and you can tell that Cristina took care in furnishing it with nice fixtures, artwork and personal touches. The duplex is in a beautiful residential area where the units cascade down the hillside. The landscaping is incredible - you feel like you’re living in a garden. The view to the sea, rooftops below and towns down the coastline is gorgeous. You do have to access steep steps to go to and from the apartment and a car is a necessity (you’re within an hour’s drive to great locations like Granada, Malaga, Sierra Nevada mountains, etc.). The village of La Herradura is quaint and relatively quiet compared to the tourist towns in the Costa del Sol. And people here are much nicer! This is my new favorite vacation spot and I will definitely be staying at Cristina’s lovely casa again.

Fabulous duplex apartment with a view of paradise. Very comfortable with great outdoor space. Constant hot water. Good AC in living area and both bedrooms Exceptionally clean and well stocked for dining and cooking. Our home from home. Lively enclosed shared pool area but rarely used by others during our stay. Great communication with owner and agent. Thank you once again Cristina for letting us rent your wonderful holiday home. Looking forward to coming back.

Gorgeous Tranquility
Off the beaten track in a very quiet neighbourhood, if your idea of a perfect holiday setting is a seaview with a tranquil backdrop then this is the place for you. A gorgeously renovated apartment in a really lovely setting. Bit of a hike to Marina del Este and La Herradura but worth it for peace and quiet. Thanks for a great stay

Wonderful apartment
We had a wonderful time in the apartment! The view from the terrace was amazing, the modern kitchen was a joy to cook in and the pool was a great extra for a morning swim or after a day at the beach. We certainly would love to come back at some point. Thank you, Cristina!

From the moment we arrived at the front door we knew we had made the right decision booking this accommodation. The property is modern and in very good condition. Clearly well looked after. It was our home from home for four weeks and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Great location overlooking the shared pool and fantastic sea and coast views. What you see in the photos is what you get. You will not be disappointed. Comfortable bed and great showers. The owner went the extra mile to provide us with access to our Netfli account for movie nights. The complex and pool is excellently maintained. We spent our days lazing on the balcony, by and in the pool and walks down to La Herrada (only 20 minutes and slightly longer in the return uphill) where we enjoyed many visits the various beach bars and restaurants. We have already booked our next stay.

Entsprach alles der Beschreibung, alles sehr gepflegt und modern. Defekte Heizung wurde sofort ersetzt. Nach einem Sandsturm baten wir um einen Wasserschlauch zur Reinigung der Terrasse. Der Wasseranschluss war vohanden, aber ein Schlauch liess sich offenbar nicht auftreiben. Auch wurde uns niemand geschickt, um den Schlamm zu entfernen. So mussten wir mühsam mit Tüchern und Besen agieren.

Al het positieve dat in vorige beoordelingen over deze woning is gezegd is waar: goed uitgerust, net, rustige omgeving. De woning ligt in een doodlopende, smalle straat zonder verkeer. De auto wordt geparkeerd op een iets hoger gelegen straat (30 trappen). In de woning zelf zijn er ook 2 niveaus, leefruimte en keuken op het ingangsniveau, slaap- en badkamers 1 niveau lager. Je doet dus wel je dagelijkse hoeveelheid trappen maar dat is gezond, gesteld dat je goed te been bent. Bovendien was het weer heerlijk...

Superbe appartement
Superbe appartement, très lumineux et joliment décoré. Sublime vue du balcon/terrasse. Propreté impeccable, literie confortable, salles de bain modernes et spacieuses. Appartement très bien équipé. Espace piscine très agréable et très propre. La résidence est très bien entretenue, très bien arborée, et l’architecture est joliment intégrée dans l’environnement (ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas sur cette côte).

Skøn beliggenhed
Min søn og jeg havde et virkeligt dejligt ophold i La Aldea. Det er er virkelig dejligt hus med alle fornødenhed og en god, mindre swimming pool lige nedenfor huset. Udsigten og kvarteret er smukt og meget roligt, væk fra alle hotellerne og de under normale omstændigheder mange turister. Man kan gå ned til La Herradura på ca. 20 min. Vejen tilbage igen er stejl, op ad bakke hele vejen, men også dejlig og overkommelig. En bil er dog en fordel, når man skal ud og handle og besøge andre steder. Grotten i Nerja, strandpromenaden og det lille akvarium i Almuñecar og Granada by og Alhambra kan anbefales.

Ideale Flucht aus dem Novembergrau
Das Ferienhaus entsprach in allen Punkten unseren Erwartungen. Die Wohnung war modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders die Küche bestach durch hochwertige neue Geräte. Einzig die Verständigung war zu Beginn etwas schwierig, weil nur Spanisch (und kaum Englisch) gesprochen wurde.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und noch toller der Ausblick
Wir haben wunderbare neun Tage hier verbracht. Jeden Morgen und Abend auf das Meer zu schauen ist Balsam für die Seele. Der abendliche Spaziergang zum Farol ein Muss. Alles in allem hervorragend. Lage und Ausstattung des Objektes Top. Jedoch empfehlen auch wir auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Carmen war per Wahtsapp immer zu erreichen, die Kommunikation war zu jeder Zeit sehr unkompliziert. What a view !
Stunning setting with gorgeous views Lovely clean modern apartment with all mod cons .Lots of little extra touches which were much appreciated .Really enjoyed our stay ..highly recommend....but not for those with mobility problems due to large amount of steps in surrounding area .

Coin magnifique dans une maison toute équipée
Merci Cristina nous avons adoré la maison et le quartier. La piscine très belle et grande : on y était seule au mois d’avril et les enfants ont bien profité. Le quartier le plus beau d’Herradura et très paisible. Plages de chaque côté de la colline ou bien notre plage préférée à dix minutes en voiture : “ la canuelo”, puis on a passé beaucoup de temps à Nerja : autant la ville que plages sont jolis et ambience chaleureux et décontractée. Facile pour visiter Granada même avec deux jeunes enfants, ou bien malaga et Vélez malaga nous avons aimé aussi. Une mention particulière pour Carmen, qui s’occupe des clefs et du ménage entre les visiteurs: charmante. Nos 10 jours nous ont fait bien démarrer l’été avant l’heure !

Wat een pareltje!
Op de mooiste plek van la Andrea in La Herradura staat deze mooie villa. Heerlijk balkon met een schitterend uitzicht op zee. Vanaf de ochtend tot een uur of 5 - in november - de zon op het terras. Vanuit bed zicht op de zonsopkomst. Wel goed ter been zijn want er is hoogteverschil maar dan heb je ook wat! Complete uitrusting, 2 vernieuwde badkamers. We hebben genoten en komen zeer zeker terug.

Beautiful villa in amazing location
This is a beautiful spacious villa in the most amazing location above La Herradura and near to Almunecar. Villa is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very comfortable and beautiful sea views. Quiet and peaceful. The villa is only a few steps from the lovely communal pool. The well kept gardens are beautiful too. Minor problem with TV sorted out quickly by management agent. Gorgeous part of Spain with plenty of lovely places to visit including days out to Salobrena and Nerja. A car is a must to get around and the complex would not suit those with mobility problems, due to the steep stairs. Highly recommended.

Very nice family vacation
Two adults and two teenage children enjoyed three weeks here during the summer vacation season. Apartment was as described - very nice and very relaxing. The pool is very nice. The surrounding area is quiet and well kept. Access to beaches and local towns with car or bicycle is good. The views from the balcony are fantastic - as well as providing a nice breeze. Contact with owners and property management was professional and secure. All in all, it is a place we would gladly visit again.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem Komfort
Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schöner Ausblick und prima Ausstattung der Wohnung. Das Apartment war bei der Übergabe in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Terrassenmöbel und Auflagen war in guten Zustand. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Schlüsselübergabe war einwandfrei. Hat alles geklappt. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Top Ferienvilla
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in La Aldea 18 genossen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist super: der Blick auf das Meer und auf das hübsche "Dorf". Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Wohnung sind in perfektem Zustand. Deswegen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lediglich eine nettere Möblierung des Balkons hätten wir uns gewünscht. Die Sitzkissen waren teilweise eingerissen und Plastikmöbel sind auch nicht sehr schön. Aber das hat unserem Urlaub keinen Abbruch getan. Immer wieder gerne!

Kaum zu überbieten
Dieses Appartment in La Herradura ist modern und konfortabel eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Einrichtung ist nicht nur recht luxuriös sondern auch sehr geschmackvoll. Die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer aus über das Meer ist ein Traum. Der Swimmingpool, der zur Überbauung gehört, war im Herbst nur wenig besucht. Wir hatten ihn praktisch für uns allein. Unsere beide Töchter (14 und 17) fanden nur ein Wort: MEGA. Und das können wir so stehen lassen.

Ein rundum schöner Urlaub!!!
Wir waren jetzt schon das dritte Mal in La Herradura und uns gefällt es dort sehr. Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Ausstattung ist top, es fehlt nichts. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Man hat eine tollen Ausblick über das Mittelmeer. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben! Also, wir kommen wieder!
