"The cottage was clean, cozy, and much larger than I expected! It was in a fairly out of the way location (but not far at all from Oban) that was great for avoiding city traffic. Our host Maureen was very nice and friendly and If/when we travel back to Scotland, and plan on visiting Oban, we would happily stay here again."

"Stayed for a week in this cottage with fabulous views. Very clean and just about everything you need. We were only missing a corkscrew and egg cups, but anything else you need is there. Not quite as homely as we would have hoped as the cottage is quite sparse, but still had a wonderful time. Great to be able to access the canal and take a nice long walk to Neptune’s staircase from the cottage!"

"The accommodation was to a high standard and very comfortable with stunning views. Lismore is a wonderful, tranquil island, rich in wildlife and beautiful scenery. Otters and seals spotted daily from the accommodation. Mother otter and pup seen at Point and Port Ramsay during the day. Loved watching the nesting birds and geese with small goslings. Hope to be back."

"Amazing property. Beautiful location. The house is perfectly equipped, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. We were a party of 15 including kids between 5 and 13 and everyone had a wonderful time. The owner was extremely helpful and everything in the house worked very well. We'll come back!!!"

"We have stayed in vrbo properties around the UK for years and this might be our favorite so far. Immaculate, roomy, with easy access to the roads to take our family of five on many hikes and adventures while having a cozy home base to return to when we were done with our day. "We absolutely loved this cottage, peaceful location with stunning views of a 13th Century castle with hens, deer and bird life in your 'front garden'. Very clean and wonderful walks to the loch through woodland. Aldo great location to reach other parts of this wonderful isle of Mull. Richard and Kirsty are also are brilliant hosts.
