Acerca de esta propiedad

Stone Cottage, Glencoe, Pet friendly

  • Ghillie Dhu and Glastig are Aos Sí's most characterful accommodations: two stone cottages with deep roots in the Highland landscape. The thick stone walls, low ceilings, and original features speak of a building that has weathered centuries of Scottish weather while remaining a warm and welcoming home.

Both cottages have been carefully restored and are fully self-catering: private kitchen, living area, bedroom, and bathroom. Everything you need for an independent stay in the Highlands.

In Gaelic mythology, Ghillie Dhu is the leaf-clad guardian of the woods who guides lost wanderers safely through the trees, while Glastig is the Green Lady who protects local herds, aids travellers, and watches over the home. Together, these legendary guardians reflect the ancient, timeless magic where Glencoe's mountain forests meet the water.
