"The view from this property strikes you the minute you walk in the front door. All you can see is your pool, the beach and then St. Barth off in the distance. The property is very well maintained and easy to find. It is well located between the French and Dutch sides of the island. The restaurant Big Fish is a 30 second walk from the front door and was delicious. Overall a great place to stay in St. Maarten."

"Villa Alizea was everything they described! Usually the pictures are misleading but this place was fantastic. There are 4 bedrooms, each with it's on en suite bathroom and another bathroom just off the kitchen. The view is stunning! "This Villa provides everything we were looking for; amazing views, refreshing pool, private surroundings, comfortable beds, and close by grocery store (and restaurants). Having said that, we rented a jeep and cruised the entire island, which made coming back to the Villa that much more enjoyable. We would rent this spot again."

"Just spent one week in this amazing property. The accommodations were wonderful. Walking distance to the village which has everything you need including a market and incredible restaurants. We had 6 adults and enjoyed plenty of space. The pool was great in the afternoon after walking back from the beach which is steps away. The property manager was amazing and gave great recommendations for dining , activities and a driver. This vacation home is truly paradise!"

"We had a great time staying here. Some of the dishes, utensils and cookware could use updating, but all was functional. Bring bug spray for the mosquitos. Very good location being close to grocery and restaurants. A rental car is needed if you plan on going anywhere. The roads everywhere are narrow and there is no sidewalks.
