"There was plenty of room for 7 people and the property was spotless. Internet and large tv entertained the kids. Kitchen well stocked and nice pool. A/c efficient in all spaces. Very convenient to grocery stores and Marigot and Phillipsburg. Appreciated the host's greeting us and great information. Would recommend to all."

"This was an excellent place to bring our family to ! The beautiful house was spacious with multiple bedrooms and a large living area. The outside space was also great with a really nice pool for adults and kids and lots of outdoor seating . There is also access to the beach! We really enjoyed our stay and the view was spectacular !! Eli was always available to answer questions and help to make our stay memorable !"

"Spent 10 incredible days here and loved every bit! Super accessible to the beach, pool, market, bakery. 10-20 minutes from multiple parts of SXM. The house had just about everything we needed to be able to cook - including basic spices, utensils and plenty of dishes. Linens + towels were provided (would recommend to owner having some extra for longer stays!) The community itself is very quiet (besides the occasional motorbike noises at night - but short lived and not too bad) & neighbors are...

"We enjoyed the beach and mountain views from the huge rooftop terrace. The side by side apartments worked out perfectly for our family since our children are older. The girls had one side and we took the other with our son. It was fantastic to have 4 bathrooms and 2 kitchens! Romario was so helpful and the Dawn Beach Club staff is amazing. The beach was beautiful and easy to get to but you definitely want to have a car. We would definitely stay again."

"Property sits very high up in a nice neighborhood - you’ll be surrounded by nature and it feels as if you are staying in a jungle. We even saw a couple of monkeys nearby. Both our room and common areas were clean & comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"The pictures are accurate and house was very nice and spotless. House cleaners came every 2 days which was a pleasant surprise. Disappointed that there was no washer/dryer. I understood from the listing that it was available….I just would’ve packed differently. Kids enjoyed the pool and the sunsets are amazing. Stacey the house manager was the best! She stayed late to let us in as our flight was late. We forgot something when we checked out and she helped us get it back! I can’t say enough good...

"Fantastischer Aufenthalt in einer Villa die schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Auf einem der schönsten Plätze auf der Insel bittet die Villa viel Charme und alles was das Herz begehrt. Wundervoller Swimmingpool mit dem schönsten Ausblick über Grand Case und das karibische Meer. Viele Lokale sind in ein paar Minuten ohne Fahrzeug erreichbar,welches es noch attraktiver macht diese Villa zu mieten. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst bemüht und sehr freundlich."
