"We had a two week stay at Palma Grande. We found the accommodations very clean. The person we were dealing with (Moises) was always very prompt in his replies to any concerns we had as a group. "We really enjoyed the apartment! It was very clean when we first arrived. It had a nice supply of dishes, glassware, and everything we needed to use the kitchen. "The unit was just as advertised, Mercedes was a big help with checking us in and making sure everything went smooth. She also helped with renting a car for a couple days, Renting the golf cart and arranging transportation from the airport. The complex is great.
