"Enjoyed our stay very much. We have already booked it for next year (2025). Only comment is that the unit could use a good deep cleaning and an update on the towels and linens and bedding. Also it would be nice if there were drapes or blinds in the bedroom. Outdoor furniture is OK but not all that comfortable. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed it daily. Thank you for the stay and we look forward to staying in Puerto Morales next year."

"The pictures don’t do it justice! It’s right on the water. Lots of lovely amenities. Elena is super helpful and communicative. The location is not a far walk from town but it wasn’t comfortable in the heat with kids so we just used taxis. We would definitely stay again!"

"The unit was just as advertised, Mercedes was a big help with checking us in and making sure everything went smooth. She also helped with renting a car for a couple days, Renting the golf cart and arranging transportation from the airport. The complex is great. Not a lot of people so we had the pool mostly to ourselves. We will be back."

"We really enjoyed the apartment! It was very clean when we first arrived. It had a nice supply of dishes, glassware, and everything we needed to use the kitchen. The amenities- including the hot tub and rooftop balcony were fantastic. The hosts were easy to contact and attentive to our needs. The location was outstanding- a very short walk to the beach! We would highly recommend this place to future visitors!"

"We stayed for three nights. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Close to stores. The batteries in the AC remotes were missing and/or run down but were quickly replaced by maintenance. Nice community pool. It was exactly as described. Secure and safe. Our only problem was finding the location."

"We stayed in this apartment 6 years ago and when looking for a low stress trip to take from the US it made perfect sense to return to the same location and property we had stayed at previously. Off season, you basically have the pool and the beach to yourself; it is a gem. The property and pool are clean and well maintained. You can walk north and south along the beach for 25-30 minutes in each direction. The area is safe and clean. The town has grown a lot since we were last there; there is now...

"The moment we arrived everything was 100%; from the check in to the the beautiful condo. I have stayed at many condos in the past number of years, but this place and location was amazing. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony in the morning was also beautiful. I am a definite return customer."

While it's away from the centre of town, we had an easy time getting around by taxi and collectivo. We found a few great places to eat within a reasonable walk. Tony was very quick to resond to questions and checking in was easy. There is a real community feel there, we met so many wonderful people."

"We enjoyed our stay in this newly renovated unit. Lots of light through all the windows and a good breeze kept us cool. The view is wonderful across the water and down to the pool area, and the large deck is the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Arlene, the property manager, and the rest of the Caribbean Reef staff, were friendly and helpful. Thank you Anais and Mario for sharing this beautiful spot and we appreciate all the restaurant suggestions! We hope to return to...

"After day of travelling, had to pick up key in Puerto Morelos. Drive to condo late at night. Trouble getting in because our name was not on list at the gate. WOW...what a beautiful condo! Next morning, disappointed by the surroundings. Seems building has been neglected for a while. Beautiful ground, clean pool. Second elevator not working. Many condos were abandoned (needing repairs) . Kitchen well equipped, but no coffee machine, microwave not working, refrigerator needs looking after, pillows...

"Overall, the condo was satisfactory, but we were somewhat disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo on our arrival, especially the kitchen area, ( screen doors and windows were full of dead bugs, kitchen drawers and shelves were dusty and contained gecko droppings) which necessitated the arrival of the cleaners who came the next day. A few other things: The bedroom a/c did not function well, the shower in the main bathroom constantly dripped, dishes were chipped and mismatched, cutlery is...
