"Great location with Fantastic views. Enjoyed hanging out with my family. I got my exercise in walking up and down the path from the city to the house. Conveniently located close to the beach and city. It takes about two minutes to walk up the path to the house. Surfboards and boogie boards are available at the property if you would like to indulge in that."

Views were magnificient, and location couldn't be better...basically next door to the Sufi Beach Club, which was by far our favorite of the different options at Punta Mita. "The Hacienda is fantastic! Upon entry it is like entering a dream - everything looks and is inviting and brilliantly clean! Being met at the door and helped by the staff was nothing short of outstanding! The food, service, help, care and kindness given by the staff was outstanding and they deserve 10 stars! Bucerias is not the prettiest location but it is safe, nice restaurants nearby and the beach extremely close… the beach is huge, the waves or current too strong (in April) for young children...

"This property is in a wonderful location right on the sea. With great swimming pool and nice garden. We rented kayaks and paddle boards and where able to ho out everyday, even with small children. The house itself wasn't so comfortable. The main bedroom was spacious, comfortable and good bathroom. The two rooms in the upper floor don't have glass windows so the options are to be with the wooden doors closed, that makes the room very dark which is good to sleep but no to be during the day, or...

"Punta Sayulita is a very unique community. Nested in beautiful trees and vegetation with stunning sea views and a fantastic Club House. Casa Kocomo is lovely, very nice rooms with views and a nice pool. The best thing was to have Chaito and her team cook us breakfast and delicious lunches, followed by wonderful Margaritas done by Enrique. It felt like a 5 star resort. "Hacienda Sayulita is an incredible experience! We were a group of 16 and none of us had ever stayed at a fantastic place like this before. The house staff were unbelievable- 3 meals per day, gourmet, were cooked and cleaned up. The house was cleaned daily. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and clean. "The home José and his wife provided was spotless. It is much larger than the photos show. The kitchen is enormous and we enjoyed the outdoor bbq.
