"Un hotel nuevo, muy bonitos los cuartos, tienes muy buenos restaurantes muy cerca caminando, la alberca en el rooftop muy bonita. Se manejan como airbnb en cuestión del cobro de limpieza a parte de la tarifa. Yo lo recomiendo!!!"

La comunicación con la empresa arrendataria fluyó al principio sin embargo al llegar al apartamento reportamos una puerta de acceso a un cuarto auxiliar que no cerraba (esta daba al jardín trasero) ,dos controles de AA que no funcionaban y nunca fueron a solucionar Los utensilios de cocina muy viejos , los sartenes quemados y la vajilla y vasos nada uniforme e incompletos La ubicación es perfecta, si tienes...

"We love staying at HDM. The included breakfasts are amazing. The access to town and the beach clubs is a must! The only minor complaint is that the concierge service was difficult to communicate with via their website chat. The owners of the property could invest in new towels and perhaps robes for the guests. You could tell this property is just a rental."

"This was the cutest little condo, right in town. The plus sides were the kitchenette, two beds, two baths, balcony, convenient location to the beach, the town square and so many restaurants, cafes and shops. Unfortunately, the location also meant that it was ridiculously loud until about 1-2am every night. Even closing all windows and using ear plugs couldn’t drown out the noise. So, unless you enjoy trying to sleep in the middle of a really loud party, I’d suggest finding a location further...

"Pasamos unas excelentes vacaciones en casa de Kerry! El departamento es lindisimo y súper completo!!! Todo muy cómodo!!! La terraza tiene una vista espectacular! Tanto Luis como Pamela nos ayudaron siempre en lo q necesitáramos y fue un placer! Te reciben con refrescos y botana y hasta hay un set de primeros auxilios. "We loved this condo and the complex and area in Bucerias! The property manager Sally was fantastic and met us when we arrived and gave us a tour and specifics of what we needed to know for our stay. The condo was as advertised and perfect for my friend and I as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The condo was equipped with the majority of the basics you needed for the kitchen, pool or beach. Great view from the balcony, but one thing that would make it better would be more comfortable...

On weekends there's a market that sets up right outside. Excellent experience of local culture, and the air conditioning was VERY appreciated! The beach was easy to get too… but there’s also the pool right at your complex.:: I had several questions to property management that were replied to quickly!! You are a short walk to the town square/ restaurants/ and stores."
