"Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised - clean, secure, comfortable, well-stocked and excellent communication with property management. The roof top 'heated' pool was amazing. We walked to beach/town multiple times a day and found location very good. Close enough for convenience but far enough from the main square noise of music/bars/etc in the evenings. It's located on the main road in Sayulita so a bit busy with traffic but with the sliding doors closed at...

"I’ve stayed here in 2021, I love Sayulita and this is one of my favorite places to stay. Now they have room service from Sur38 which you get credit for staying there and a discount! Juan and Aaron were super attentive to all my needs. Highly recommend this place. The infinity pool has a beautiful view, and it’s walking distance to EVERYTHING! Did I mention that there is a hammock in every room?!"

"Since 2010 we come to Playa Royale and always love it. Beautiful place to stay, the condos have everything to enjoy a great time. Only a minus is about the uses of the "palapas", please the administration do something about it. We have the right to use more palapas, specially if it is less than 5% occupied even in high season. For the rest, it is our favourite place to be. Love it!!"
