The mattresses on the two king beds need replacing, very soft.Too soft to sleep well..a few of the light bulbs need fixing or replacing, some did not turn on at all. There was hot water in most bathrooms but not all. The wifi worked for the first few days, then stopped working well.The staff was attentive most of time and the food was wonderful.

This was the perfect villa for our large family. The kids loved the pool and the adults were able to relax, knowing the kids were safe in the private area. Host and staff were incredible! Every need was met and expectations far exceeded.

The was the most fabulous place to stay! Beautiful home, lovely staff who were super attentive, and only 1 block from the beach. Our group of 11 adults had the best vacation ever and we are already planning our return!

The staff was incredible! Loved the location! My group had a great time, only thing I would say is they need to update the info they send beforehand with things to know such as where ATM is, WiFi password, etc. but these were very small things. Otherwise, incredible!

Family Getaway

We spent a week at this lovely villa, and it was the perfect space for our family of ten. Each well-sized bedroom came with its own ensuite, providing everyone with a private retreat. The outdoor area was beautifully equipped, and the large open-air dining space became our favorite spot for family meals. What truly made this villa feel like a home away from home, however, was the incredible staff. Karen, Marian, and Nazlyn were outstanding. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests, from personalized food choices to flexible meal times, all while maintaining impeccable cleanliness throughout the villa. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made our stay unforgettable. My only suggestion would be to improve the lighting around the outdoor dining table. The installed floor lights weren’t working, which made it challenging to play games in the evenings. Other than that small detail, it was an exceptional week!

Great place for a family group!

We were 3 generations with 6 kids 11 and under. Lots of space for everyone, great staff who looked after us well and cooked great meals that catered to everyone's tastes. The place is in a great location close to the beach, lots of restaurants (although we ate in most of the time). The place is very much designed for seamless inside/ outside living as advertized. Highly recommend for a family vacation.

The team at the hacienda deserve 10 stars

The Hacienda is fantastic! Upon entry it is like entering a dream - everything looks and is inviting and brilliantly clean! Being met at the door and helped by the staff was nothing short of outstanding! The food, service, help, care and kindness given by the staff was outstanding and they deserve 10 stars! Bucerias is not the prettiest location but it is safe, nice restaurants nearby and the beach extremely close… the beach is huge, the waves or current too strong (in April) for young children and we are spoilt in Australia with abundance of beautiful beaches so this one was not comparable. Thank you Sergio, Maria and Angela for making our stay so relaxing and wonderful!

Fantastic week!

We had the best week in this house as a group of friends and couples. The staff was amazing, attentive and so nice to all of us. The food was incredible and there was nothing that could have been better. I don’t think the photos do the property the justice it deserves - each large suite was well appointed and comfortable.

Miguel was very helpful and friendly and always available. The staff kept the rooms and common areas very clean and the food was absolutely delicious! Miguel also made some great mixed drinks and had good recommendations for outside events. The house and pool are awesome. Great trip!

Amazing time!

This was our second time at the property and, as it was last time, it was amazing. The home was so beautiful, and the staff was perfect. The pool, the location, the food, everything! It was exactly what we’d hoped — a restful, rejuvenating, fun time. Lots of time spent at the beach, in the pool, exploring Bucerias. We can’t wait until our next time back at Hacienda Camino al Mar!

Family Gathering

Our group ranged in age from 1 to 80 and everyone had a great time. The property is beautiful and we had a perfect amount of space. Some family members had not seen each other for quite a while and new happy memories were created around the pool and at the long table enjoying the great meals served by Miguel and the rest of the staff. The location is perfect and allows for everyone to enjoy their visit whether it is a visit to the beach, the local market, stores or bars and restaurants. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Family Vacation

We were a family of 15. Adults and small children. The house was spacious and comfortable . The totally private warm pool and outdoor earring area were amazing ! Just one block from the beach with chairs and boogie boards available . The house is steps away from all sorts of restaurants and shopping with an atm just around the corner . What really makes this the best place to stay is Miguel , Olga and Angie. Miguel speaks great English and will make sure you have everything you need and want as well as help you make arrangements for excursions and transportation. He is a delightful person . The food was amazing and we never ate out because we could eat amazing Mexican food in the comfort of our beautiful Hacienda. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making this such a memorable family vacation for us. We will be back.

Amazing!

We were 6 couples who stayed here for a week. I would highly recommend! The staff were always cheerful and so very helpful! Miguel took very good care of us, helping with carrying/setup on beach days (even delivering beverages one afternoon!), driving to banks to help exchange monies, arranging transportation for outings, and keeping us well stocked. Olga’s food choices and meal preparations were FANTASTIC! So delicious, and the family style around the table made for some great memories! YAY! Angelica kept us neat and tidy without ever being intrusive and her smile lights up a room! There was plenty of space for the 12 of us without feeling crowded! We swam in the pool and also enjoyed the rooftop area! I feel safe saying that we would all return to this hacienda!

2nd Amazing Stay Here.

This was our 2nd amazing stay here at the house. One reason we came back was the house and location - few mins walk to the beach and a short walk to the Bucerias market and central to many restaurants in the area. The house itself is beautiful and very nice to have ensuite bathrooms in all the rooms. Another big reason we came back was the staff - they were phenomenal. every meal was delicious, our rooms were cleaned daily, and we were taken care like family. highly recommend this place to every one, just don't book the dates we are going!

Doesn't get any better than this!

Everything was great. House itself was wonderful. Amazing details. Plenty of private space. But the staff take the experience to a different level. Super attentive. Gracious. Fantastic food. Never stayed somewhere with full service like this before. Thought it would be weird having other people in our house. But Miguel, Angela, and Olga are so unobtrusive. The location is good. Easy walking to a number of shops and restaurants. Cafe and sports bar immediately next door. Conveniences without being in the middle of hustle and bustle.

Family reunion

The best part of this rental property is the staff. Miguel is an amazing host, he made our stay so pleasant. Olga prepared delicious Mexican food, and Anggy made our stay very comfortable. The house is beautiful as advertised. We will be happy to come back for Christmas
