"Muazzo Palace is a stunning apartment in a lovely spot to explore Venice. We were a group of 7 friends and it worked perfectly for us as a base to explore the city and relax. "Great location. Close to all attractions. Spacious enough for a large family. We were 7 adults and two children, never felt crowded. Everyone had their own space. Big bonus was the ability to sit outside on the dock and watch the boats go by. "Massimo’s house is in an outstanding location, very quiet, away from tourists and yet right near everything you want to see in Venice. We had a wonderful stay there as a family. The house is very beautiful and has a few outdoor seating areas to relax with a cup or coffee or a glass of wine. Massimo is very helpful and responsive. He gave us recommendations for water taxi, restaurants and tour guide. We really enjoyed our stay and will happily come back again. Grazie mille Massimo!!"

"Beautiful spacious apartment right by Piazza San Marco. Great place to explore the city. The apartment was very clean, beds were super comfortable and linens were hotel standard. Note that elevator opens up to apartment but you need a key so its very safe. The loft is very low but our kids loved it (despite bumping their heads a few times). "Easy in and out with friendly and efficient service from Hotel Scandinavia, 1 minute away. Great location down a very quiet alley, 1 minute from Campo Santo Maria Formosa, less than 10 minutes feom Rialto and St. Mark's Square. All meals were away from tourist zone, 1-5 minute away from the apartment--Gondola ride right from the Campo as well. Apartment was clean and new; very convenient for us with young son to eat a few meals in and to take breaks midday just a few minutes from the sights....
