This place was just incredible. The location was perfect. The house was huge, great space for the kids in the upstairs. Kitchen was well equipped. The local area was lovely. Would recommend staying here.

Great space in a lovely area

Our party of 7 (2 couples, 3 teenagers) stayed here for 3 nights. There was lots of space, we utilized both the kitchen and the laundry, and it was walking distance to things we wanted to see. The directions of using public transportation from the airport and to the train station were very specific and helpful.

Good spot

We were a party of six adults. The rooms were nice sizes and well furnished, though the beds were a bit too firm for all of us. One room had an ensuite, two smaller rooms were in the same hall with a small bathroom across the hall, another room was near the entrance with a bathroom through the front room and down a hall. There was an attic space with small low beds and a bathroom there. There were more stairs than expected. We had to climb one set of stairs to get to the first level where there is the sauna room, then another flight to get to the next floor where the main living space was. This was a lot of steps, there is a third flight to get to to the attic space and one terrace, them one last set of steps to get to the final terrace.Everything was very pretty and clean. The host was easy to communicate and had a binder there filled with directions and food recommendations which was appreciated. I'd recommend this location as long as you're okay with climbing stairs (with your luggage).The kitchen was a great size and met our needs. The front room was also spacious and comfortable with a TV. The area was nice with a few nearby restaurant. There's a grocery store about a ten minute walk away. It was a relatively quiet neighborhood.

Comfortable-Great Location!

The location of this property is perfect! Easy to get to all the attractions easily. The apartment is lovely with lots of room for our family. Comfortable, quiet and clean. It was perfect.Stefano was extremely helpful getting us into Venice, into the apartment and getting us a water taxi back to the airport. He made our trip worry free-fantastic host!Thank you for a fantastic Venice trip!

Lovely apartment in a quiet neighborhood

We loved our stay in Stefano’s beautiful apartment. Minutes from all the major attractions but far enough away from the fray for a quiet meal or coffee and a good nights sleep. We enjoyed a dinner on the patio and some sun on the rooftop. Highly recommend especially for a family.

Stefano was a great host! His communication prior to check-in was very helpful, he clearly stated directions to his apartment, complete with pictures, videos, and detailed instructions. The apartment was just as depicted on the VRBO page. Highly recommended!

Great Location & Host

Awesome location

Beautiful and homey location that had a very short walk to the canals, restaurants and groceries. Close to most of the sites such as St Marks, & Rialto bridge. The Ospedale water bus was minutes away. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms.

Amazing location, great host, gorgeous property

We stayed with a large group of family ranging from 11 years of age to 59 years of age. The accommodation was very spacious and great for a group. Stefano was a great host with so many great tips and information available. The location was fantastic and we loved everything about our stay. Thanks for your hospitality Stefano.

Great place

HUGE townhome in a fantastic location. Big, comfortable bedrooms. Very quiet. Wifi signal was strong. Stefano was a helpful, communicative host. Would definitely stay here again. Bring your own soaps (handsoap was provided in some bathrooms but no bars) and shampoo, and we didn’t see a single store that sold such things (though we were traveling over a holiday so perhaps these stores were closed).

Excellent place to stay!

We loved staying here, it provided so much space for all of us (8 adults, 2 children)! It was in a perfect location, a little away from the busyness of San Marco, but close enough to easily walk and feel like you’re living like a local! Great restaurants nearby as well! The owner was very communicative and helpful with all of our questions, very clear about how to get to house from all incoming destinations. Would love to come back again!

Perfect Neighborhood

This house was amazing for the 5 of us. We loved having a living room to hang out in and the roof top terrace was a great spot. The neighborhood is amazing and I would suggest the water bus to get there and back as the most efficient option. While a water taxi is lovely the water bus is super close (less than 5 min walk with luggage) and easy to navigate. It’s a subway line only on water. The walk around town is a blast and super easy to get most places. If nothing else grab the water bus. Great restaurants near by and a washer and dryer in the house were great after a week of traveling. Test the door bell so you know what the noise is for the garbage pick up and you will have a great time! The front door is a little heavy but just lean into it :)

Amazing Place

This apartment is an Amazing place. We only stayed 1 night but wished we had more time. Good location and easily accessible by Water Taxi. The communication and directions were perfect. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had internet access when it went down.

Quick jaunt to Venice

This house is wonderful! 15 minute walk to St. Marks and exceptional place. We stayed with only 4 people because it was less expensive than 2 hotel rooms in that area. I am so glad we did! I highly recommend this apartment, even if it feels like too much space.

Eine wunderschöne Woche in Venedig

Wir haben uns von Anfang an in Stefanos Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet, genau wie auf den Fotos. Der Check-In war problemlos und Stefano war immer zu erreichen, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Ein Bäcker war nur 2 Häuser entfernt und der Coop Supermarkt am Anleger Ospedale war in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr gute Lokale in direkter Nachbarschaft. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Venedig verlebt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Plenty of room

Plenty of room in this condo, so you can spread out and relax. Fair amount of pots for cooking in the kitchen. Only disappointing part was trouble with the master shower. It leaked all over the floor, which happens sometimes and we understand can’t be prevented. Sometimes these things happen. But the property manager was more concerned with us not using more then two extra towels to clean up the floor, then the inconvenience and water everywhere. Needless to say, it took more like 7-8 towels to get the floor clean, so we had to wash extra laundry and use our own shower towels to get the floor cleaned up. A bit surprising as far as a response to this issue. Otherwise, everything was good.
