Totalmente recomendable

El apartamento es tal cual sale en las fotos. Espacioso, muy cómodo, perfectamente equipado. La situación es inmejorable, a 5 min de Rialto y de San Marcos. Las vistas desde las ventanas a los canales son increíbles, un gusto ver pasar las góndolas, lanchas... recomendable 100%.

Espectacular, difícil mejor locación.

Espectacular ubicación, justo sobre los canales. A media cuadra de la locura pero en un lugar tranquilo y relajado. El depto es sencillo, se le podría sacar un provecho enorme al ático, pero muy cómodo y agradable. Muy recomendable.

Spacious clean apartment in great location in Venice. Close to many great restaurants and shops. If you are planning on coming to Venice in July/August when the temperature is hot, make note that the A/C is not the greatest. Was never below 26 in the unit. Would recommend to stay during cooler months of the year. Host was easy to communicate with and met us upon arrival.

Beautiful property

This apartment in the heart of Venice was amazing. Centrally located, beautiful views, clean and stocked with all of the necessities. The property manager, Paola, was extremely easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this property for families of 5 or less.

Conflicted Stay

The property itself is exactly as advertised - it has great canal views and everything seems well maintained and the kitchen was well equipped.Unfortunately we arrived during a heat wave and the apartment was closed (not rented) for 2 days before we arrived - so it was 88* F inside when we arrived at 10PM. The A/C units were just not up to cooling the apartment properly - the bedrooms and upstairs area were tolerable after 3 days of running constantly and the temps cooling (and us keeping all the doors shut). The family room and kitchen (main area) just never got down to an appropriate temperature (I took pics and it looks like it hovered at 83* at the coolest - and no air movement because the A/C barely moved the air). We asked for help - specifically fans to help circulate the air since they clearly couldn't replace entire A/C units - and were told no and that we should open the windows (which lets in the mosquitoes). Overall we were made to feel like the inconvenient Americans who couldn't take the heat instead of the property manager investing in a few portable fans to move the air around and make us more comfortable.It really soured our experience on Venice which is a shame because the city was wonderful and the apartment was otherwise really nice. I could recommend this apartment but I would say don't book if you're going anytime where the heat gets over 80* F.

Awesome place, beautiful view of canal, close to so may restaurants and shops. A/C was excellent as it was hot during our stay. Paola was very helpful and made it easy for our first trip to Venice!

Great location

Fantastic location and lots of space. Comfortable beds but pillows could use updating. There’s a lot of fragile glass items on display in this house so be careful. The bathrooms were a good size and the washer/dryer was perfect. Really charming house and would stay here again. A/C units need servicing as they did not battle the Venice summer heat at all. Thankfully we had a portable fan with us. The location is absolutely perfect with the best gelato in Venice just steps away.

Amazing apartment in Venice

This apartment was perfect for two couples. It’s in a beautiful, quiet section of Venice, yet easy to explore all areas from this location. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the Rialto bridge. It has a beautiful canal view. Paola greeted us at the apartment and answered all of our questions. I would absolutely stay here again on a return trip!! 5 stars!!!

Favorite part of Venice

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at this apartment!! We are a family of 5 (kids 23,21,18). This was perfect. My favorite thing about Venice was sitting and staring out the kitchen window with my glass of wine watching the canal boats. It was so dreamy and so entertaining. This apartment was spotless. They have a full size washer AND dryer (only apartment in our 4 stops to have a dryer). Everything in the apartment was so well thought out. They even provided body wash and some laundry detergent pods (also our only rental to do this). The lighting is excellent and I honestly want to install these windows in my own home. They block the noise and are so functional and beautiful. I thought we would use the terrace more, but I just couldn’t pull myself away from the kitchen windows. Also in a great location with a cute restaurant down below. Check in was so easy and they allowed us to drop our bags off early. They were very nice when we had delays on our arrival. Paola also scheduled our water taxi to the airport which was overwhelming.when I tried to do it. I was so thankful. The ONLY reason I would ever tell anyone not to stay is if they can’t walk up the 2 flights of stairs. Otherwise, don’t hesitate.

Canal View in Venice

We had 4 seniors in our group. The apartment was clean but could have used more towels. The sitting area and kitchen were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. The 2nd bedroom was smaller and had 2 small single beds.The views were spectacular and the location was excellent. Our host met us on arrival and did a thorough tour of the apartment which was greatly appreciated. We had an overall wonderful time and would stay in this apartment again.

Great Location!

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 and very comfortable. The location was great and central to everything we wanted to see. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus as were the two full bathrooms. We enjoyed the view out the window looking down the canal. Would definitely stay here again.

Family time in Venice

Wonderful property. Very comfortable for 4 adults and 1 child. There was a coop market only one block away. The apartment was nicely furnished and outfitted. We were three groups traveling from different parts of the US. All of our flights were either delayed or cancelled and re-routed. Paola met us at the apartment even though we arrived 10 hours late. She was wonderful. We would stay here again on our next visit.

Nice stay

Nice stay. Good location. Enjoyed rooftop patio. Good kitchen amenities. Be aware of 2 flights of narrow staircase to get to the apartment which was difficult to carry larger suitcases up and down but lady met us at check in and helped bring up luggage. Instructions for the kitchen equipment above fridge would be helpful. 1 air conditioner wasn’t working but quickly got fixed. Overall a great rental for central Venice

Excellent Location

Clean and very comfortable apartment with stunning views of the canals and all of its activities. Watch people cross the bridges, pose for pictures, meet and have fun. I’m gonna be repetitive….the views and colors were stunning! You didn’t have to be outside to observe Venice!

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Venice

The apartment is a gem. The views and location are unbeatable. The apartment is spacious and accommodates a family beautifully. It is well appointed and the beds are all very comfortable. It is surprisingly quiet at night given it's central location. Can't recommend highly enough - a great place!
