"terrible. terrible. terrible. the water stopped working while we was there and we had to wait at least 2 and a half hours to get any water running in the room. however when the water came back on it was brown. disgusting. they half clean your room, they don’t give you proper face and body towels, we had to use pool towels to dry off from shower and they are stingy about giving you more than 1 per day. i would never stay there again and i wouldn’t recommend a dog to stay there!! "

"I love Chalong, and this place is great if you want your little paradise to relax after a hot busy day. I have nothing negative to say, all was perfect. Only “inconvenient” is that on the app it said that it is 2 minutes walking from Wat Chalong, and this is not true. It’s about 30 minutes walking or 3-5 in vehicle. Only mentioning to keep in mind. We loved our stay!"

"The hotel was excellent. The bed was so comfortable, rooftop pool amazing, shower powerful and hot, staff very friendly. The breakfast was great value. The only improvement would be to have the 'do not disturb' and 'make up my room' signs available. First hotel I've ever stayed where the rooms didn't have these. I did have to ask front desk twice for things that housekeeping hadn't replaced (bath towels, pool towels) so housekeeping needs to be more consistent. Those are my only complaints. I'd...
