"Impeccable accommodations, courteous staff, full amenities, fun activities, live American music. Close to the airport, and staff assisted me with using Bolt, the rideshare app that was so much cheaper than taxis."

"Muy bueno"

"Leuk hotel boor een nacht"

"Habitación súper cómoda , desayuno delicioso personal muy amable "

"This property is amazing, My kids still think this was the best hotel in our month-long vacation. They loved the kids club, which was amazing, and we loved it too since it gave us free time to go to the spa, which we used twice, the beach, etc. The best place for families with young children"

"In general we really enjoyed the hotel and the services and would recommend it; but you need to be aware of few things. Karon is a bit the "family/laid back" part of phuket. If you want to party all the time Patong might be a better option for you. The hotel is far from the beach and you will need about 15 mins walking to go to the beach. The hotel has a shuttle twice a day but its only one way. If you plan to go to the beach all the time, this hotel might not be the best option. Said...
