"Cozy space with lots of light and spacious backyard! Our pup liked playing with the butterfly visitors in the yard (a bonus neighborhood feature!), and we enjoyed the perfect weather relaxing in the Adirondack chairs out back. We actually drove into town for our visit and found the street parking to be very easy plus the driveway fit our primary car. Host was very responsive regarding check-in and checkout. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Nice place but messages to property manager before, during and after rental were never replied to. Extra charge for parking Damage deposit kept until persistent calls to VRBO and Ocean Villas. VRBO points at property manger - Property manager points to VRBO system. Still waiting for return of $1000 damage deposit over 3 weeks after rental"

"The property is a great location. Right on the ocean and very short walk into Carlsbad. We had some minor issues and the management company was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again."

"Very comfortable and convenient to everywhere. Plenty of great restaurants. Beautiful being right the ocean and having the sound of waves crashing to lull you to sleep. Lots of steps though if you're staying in an upper unit. Good for the booty! Michael, the manager was available, friendly and attentive. We'll be back!"

"The place was perfect for short stay to visit with my US Marine. Awesome views. Walking distance to everything. Appreciated being able to rent for one night. My only ask would have been a couple K Cups for coffee. That would be a nice touch for the price you pay. "
