"There are no staff. This is a self-serve property. It works quite well. But the walls are incredibly thin. A person talked - not shouting or fighting, just talking - for 3 hours non-stop in the room next to us (finally stopping at 2am) and I could hear every word. The person in the room on our other side thought it was us (so could hear it 2 rooms away!) and was kicking the walls until I shouted that it was another room. Onsite staff would be useful in a case like that."

"We had booked 4 nights at Peppers with our 3 month old daughter. We called ahead to confirm the portacot for the room and was told it would be there on arrival. After checking in, we walked to our room to find heavy construction next door and above our room. Inside the room, the dishwasher was running with nothing in it, no portacot and a cherry picker looking directly into our bedroom.
