The room smelled strongly of mold, the toilet clogged easily, and the shower area had no curtain, so the bathroom floor got completely flooded every time. There was also no hair dryer in the room — I had to borrow one from the front desk, but housekeeping took it away every day during cleaning, so I had to request it again each time."
