"I highly recommend this property for your stay in the south end of Wrightsville beach. The house was clean and located very close to 2 different beach public access points. Nancy was very responsive to messages and even provided us with links to a variety of local things we needed for my elderly father. The porch with the rocking chairs is where we spent the majority of our time. The neighborhood is quiet and there isn't a lot of traffic. The house has all the appliances you need for your stay...

"This house is an amazing location.. SO close to the beach! Our family has a wonderful time. A couple things I would love to see done… updated kitchen accessories like toaster oven and blender (both very old), comfortable seating for at least six in the family room would be nice because we had to pull furniture out of bedrooms to all watch a movie with six people. "The Captain’s Quarters at the Pink House was just right for our group of one couple and two friends. We loved the generous porch and rocking chairs. It is a short walk to the beach at the end of the street and less than 10 minutes to downtown’ Wrightsville Beach. It has a nice open floor plan. The downstairs warm shower was perfect to rinse off san and salt. We definitely made daily use of beach chairs and umbrella.
