This is a great location! Steps from the beach access and a short walk to town. I will say although the house was overall clean it had a strong urine smell but not dog urine with a strong deodorizer smell trying to mask it Also the furnishings were not as shown in the listing. They were old and not very stylish Also the sofa in the family room was slipcovers and seemed very dirty Pillows and bedding and linens could also use a makeover For the money and location it’s a good rental but could be much better

Location is amazing!

We had a fantastic stay, no issues at all. Fast and simple communication and all questions answered quickly. The house is just steps from the beach and the home is very spacious. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for hosting us!

Wrightsville Beach condo

Nice place in a good location but in need of a good deal of touching up. While I understand that a beach property is going to get used hard, the carpets were very stained, the couch seemed a bit grubby (to the point that we put a sheet over it before sitting on it), and the decks had a lot of mildew stains on them making them rather unappealing. The place looked much brighter in the pictures. I felt that the rental was rather expensive for what we got, not to mention that there was a very substantial pet fee for two well-behaved dogs. Property manager didn't seem to care that we were not pleased with the condition of the property or want to do anything about it.

Great house and location!

When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised how clean it was. We have stayed at many rentals and always had to have housekeeping come back to clean. The house location was steps from the beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants. The home was so nicely decorated and up to date. It was also well equipped with beach items like chairs, cooler, beach towels and umbrella. Check in and check out was so easy! Sea Scape Properties kept in touch with us throughout the entire stay. We will definitely be back!

Location was perfect, beach was gorgeous. My only word of caution would be if you can't handle stairs this may not be your ideal location. We had a great time!

You couldn’t ask for a better location. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops. It was so nice to be that close to the ocean as well. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the floor plan was great.

Nice Beach home

Came into town for a long weekend to visit our son who is a student at UNCW. Picked this home and we thoroughly enjoyed the home. It’s clean, nicely updated and steps from the ocean.

Nice Townhome in a great location

We chose to rent this town home for a week, first because of the pictures on the website and is walking distance to everything you need, Grocery, Restaurants and shops. It is a pet friendly rental which we brought our small dog. The place is very nicely decorated and it was perfect for our stay. I also liked that it had 2 bedrooms with king size beds and another bedroom for kids which was perfect for our group. Large TVs in the living room and all 3 bedrooms. They supplied everything you need except food, including bicycles, chairs and cart. Another great thing it was a keyless entry porperty so you did not have to stop to pick up a key and paperwork. We received all our information through meail. Overall it is Great place stay.

Wonderful Place!

Such a great home! Very spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms were very good size, super duper close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Plenty of towels, dishes, and full size washer and dryer. Good view of the ocean from the top balcony. Listing did say beach chairs and beach wagon included but they were not at the home. We didn’t really need them though. Will stay here again!

Excellent townhome!

Loved working with Seascape properties. They provide excellent communication, are very responsive, and provide enough TP, paper towels, trash bags, handsoap, dish and dishwasher detergent, and laundry soap for your entire stay! The beach towels, towels and linens are all good quality. Had all the beach chairs, boccee ball set, cart, and cooler. Bikes were also a plus. So easy to travel and stay here. It’s a very short walk to the beach and to all the great places in Wrightsville Beach. This is a plus and a con as many day visitors park on this street, especially in weekends. The layout is wonderful with an entry way with cubbies for towels, shoes, and supplies. Multiple places to hang things. The outdoor shower could use some shelving for bath products. Main floor is great with kitchen, dining, family room, and table outside on deck. Would also be great to have a card table you can set up for puzzling- no good place for puzzles. 2nd floor has a nice big room with its own deck and bathroom. Laundry is on second floor and there’s even a laundry basket. Great room for kids w 3 beds and a bathroom. Master occupies the whole top floor with a large walk in closet and a fabulous deck with beach and sound views. Highly recommend this property.

Accurate description and photos. We loved the location, the home and the clarity regarding all details. One item that was disappointing was the high pet fee for a small hypoallergenic non-barking house trained pet.

Great location

We really loved this location and the place has great amenities, plenty of linens and handy supplies on hand - a bit worn down from high use but still very clean and roomy! Love the 3 decks and outdoor shower and even a super convenient hose right at the back entrance for sandy feet, pups and beach gear! Very thoughtfully planned out!

5 Day Stay

The townhouse is part of a four townhouse building. Two of which were vacant and the other privately owned. We were made uncomfortable while sitting on the patio by the neighbor property owners behavior. They were flashing the exterior lights on and off at 9:00 PM at night and during daylight hours they would stare out the window at us. The property has lovely balconies but there were palmetto cockroaches crawling all over and three were found in the house making us wondering if they treated the property. On the morning of check out private contractors arrived at 8:30 AM before our check out time that was scheduled for 10AM requesting to enter the property and start doing work.
