"The windows kept outside sounds minimal making it a calm place overnight while still allowing quick access downtown Fredericksburg in about twenty minutes which is very convenient when traveling solo like I was this time."

"Neighborhood location. Quiet. Host was attentive. "

"Quaint neighborhood dwelling close to walking trails and many restaurants/shops to cover one’s needs. Communication was timely and helpful. Yes there was some barking and noise from adjacent room but it was tolerable and would not deter us from staying here again."

"Nice location Great room"

"This property absolutely amazing I loved everything, clean smelt great only thing is extremely noisy, because of the public and fire trucks all night long , to get access to the key fob was a task there should be better instructions to get the key other then that I will definitely stay again"

"The app to let us in was never set up properly, so we had to use a keypad code. Not a big deal. We arrived in VA on a 10am flight, and could not store our luggage at the building anywhere. So for the first day, until 4pm, we dragged our luggage all over DC. They have a building front desk person, and a room behind the front desk. We were surprised that they offered no luggage storage in that room for a few hours. Only 2 towels, and no wash clothes. Had I known, I'd have packed wash clothes. Nice...

"Outstanding location. Right in the heart of Old Town, easily accessible to everywhere. Parked in nearby garage, and never had to move it. Automatic check-in couldn’t be easier."
