After having a less than ideal stay at a different Global Luxury/Churchill location, I read the reviews for this building and decided to give them an opportunity to leave a better impression. One of the existing reviews shares of a broken bed, I may’ve gotten the same unit they stayed in, as my bed was broken as well (the bed frame, specifically). The bed sank into the middle of the broken frame.
Advertised parking for (temporary) guests in this building is a three minute drive/ten minute walk away from the building, but onsite parking is just about the same price. The description says parking is $165 which isn’t the case.
The drain is very slow in the tub and the water collects while the shower is going. The washer needs to be cleaned/sanitized as there’s a faint mildew smell in the drum.
As a suggestion, temporary-stay units should consider disposal toilet brushes instead of having the used (dirty) toilet brush on display.
