"Stephanie’s home was spectacular!I recommend getting there within the check in time because her historical tour & info is phenomenal! We unfortunately were late and she still accommodated & treated us so well. The rooms are amazing. Her cooking breakfast was so yummy! Penny the scruffy little dog is so cute. I wish we had more time but we’re on a mission to get to Crosby, MN for mtb. It would be nice to enjoy the screen porch in the evening.
We hope to visit & stay again soon.

"Absolutely beautiful view. Room was very clean, along with the entire property. It was self check in n out so that was super simple. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast portion as we had other plans. Only recommendation is to have ice on hand, they just have a limited amount on hand. Highly recommend staying with them. We definitely will if we're on the area again"

"Our stay in Chanticleer Guest House was amazing. It is everything you expect to spend a wonderful couple getaway. The decoration was outstanding, and the surroundings were simply gorgeous and calm. And the breakfast, delicious! Chanticleer is a true hidden treasure in Door County. We definitely will back!

"The home is beautifully restored with modern touches, yet remains true to it's roots. The property has a short path to a river with benches to relax. Robin, the host was very personable and served a lovely breakfast. The other touches that were unique was an ice machine, refrigerator, water, soda and a Keurig machine available for use in the common area. And Cookies! This was the perfect place to relax and unwind!"

"This was a beautiful property and I will definitely be staying there if I return to Wausau. The hosts were so welcoming and made a delicious breakfast each morning. I just cannot say enough about how wonderful this place was. The most beautiful home and I am so grateful they share it with travelers."

"Absolutely beautiful cabin, immaculate condition. Wonderfully quiet and cozy for a couples get away. The breakfast and fresh chocolate chips were delicious. Will definitely make a trip back again."
