"The communication with the owner was excellent. And the location was also excellent with stores, gas stations and restaurants with a 5 minute drive. The home was clean and in good condition. The beds were Cozi and comfortable. The basement was nice as well with plenty of games and a table to play them on. The free laundry was a great added touch. I would definitely return and recommend the 1955 to others. "

"Great property a short drive from downtown and campus, convenient to the highway. Lots of fun decor and a beautiful screened-in gazebo in the back yard. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and safe. It was the perfect place for our graduation weekend stay! The only downsides were - broken dishwasher, broken water/ice dispenser in the fridge, and an unadjustable shower head. "The kitchen was very well supplied and it was very pet friendly for our 9 lb dog.We loved the view. It's a welcoming space.The LED bulbs over the dining room table were very uncomfortable for our eyes.If I was a family with littles, getting up the stairs from the street would be challenging.Packing in and out would be alot.The beds were very comfortable. " Everything was great. There 2 super minor things to critique. We ran out of hot water when showering with that many guys to shower after long day out hunting (we just staggered our showers over longer time frame for the second day) and there was loose step stone on the steps.
