  • Welcome to Copper Cove, a spacious, family-friendly lakehouse designed for carefree days and cozy nights. Set on 0.57 acres of private space, this 4 bedroom home sleeps up to 10 and offers central AC, two living areas, and thoughtful kid-friendly touches. Outside is where this home shines — unwind in the 7-person hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or relax on the patio with the heater on as the evening cools. Beach days are easy with essentials ready to go, and the lake is just minutes away.

    CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
    After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

    We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

    Copper Cove is tucked into a quiet, low-traffic lakeside neighbourhood where days move a little slower and families feel right at home. With generous lot sizes and a peaceful atmosphere, it’s an ideal setting for morning walks, bike rides, and evenings spent outdoors.

    Lake access is close and easy, making spontaneous beach days part of the routine. Load up the wagon, grab the chairs, and head out for swimming, paddleboarding, or simply relaxing by the water. The area is known for its calm surroundings and easy access to outdoor recreation, while still being a short drive to local shops, dining, and everyday essentials.

    Whether you’re here for lake days, fresh air, or time together away from the noise, Copper Cove offers a laid-back home base in a welcoming lakeside community.

    To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

    Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
    * You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
    * You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
    * You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


    HOUSE RULES:
    1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

    2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 10 people.

    3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

    4. Sorry, no pets of any kind are permitted on this property.

    5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

    6. Guests must confirm current fire bans prior to using the fire pit. Any tickets issued for fires during a fire ban will be billed directly to the main renter on file for the respective date(s).

    7. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.
