The property was great! It was enough space for everyone with more to spare. I would recommend having more bathroom towels as we had to wash clothes daily to have them to shower or wash face. That was the only negative. The place is so amazing!!!!!

Excellent! Very clean and well presented/organized. Clear and thorough check-in/check-out instructions with detailed accurate list of amenities vs what you need to bring. Quiet, secluded, and beautiful. Kitchen is nice and well stocked, pool is clean and peaceful. Master bed comfortable. Have booked before and will book again. Within easy driving distance of stores but still feels private and secluded. Great air conditioning. Fits listing description.

Alway excellent. The houses and grounds are wonderful, the pool is fantastic. When we had an issue, they responded immediately and resloved it. My only wish is that we could have an earlier checkin to start the fun earlier.

Awesome Getaway!

This property is perfect for an extended family vacation... we ranged in age from 3-77, and it was exactly what we needed. The large bedrooms in the second house, each with private bathrooms, gave everyone the space and privacy needed, and the game room and patios were amazing gathering spaces. The pool was a big hit, as was the fire pit. Going into town and Blue Hole was an easy drive. We will be back!

Would have loved giving an excellent rating, but there was a horrible sewerage stench when we arrived in the outside rooms. After notifying the owner the day after we checked in, he responded quickly & sent maintenance over. The smell, for the most part, went away hours later but still lingered a bit. All the beds could use new mattresses, as these are all worn & some sink in the middle, while others sink on the edge. The toilets in some of the restrooms were not set right, as they would rock. Maybe that’s where the sewer odor was coming from as they weren’t seated properly. The property was very clean, in & out. It was an enjoyable weekend for sure.

Wonderful Summer Weekend

This house was perfect for our annual family vacation! We hosted our kids and grandkids for a long weekend and this was by far, the best house we have stayed in to date. So much room to spread out, yet do things together!

Fantastic property!

This beautiful house made for a fun and memorable family reunion! All 14 of us stayed here with plenty of space. The pool and gameroom were tons of fun, and the property itself was nice to walk and jog around. Thanks for such a great vacation!

Wonderful property for a large family vacation.

We were very pleased with the arrangement of the home with the grandparents in the main house with three of the grandchildren. The other adults and one grandchild stayed in the game room house. Plenty of space for everyone. Highly recommend!

Family Christmas

Collins properties have everything a family could want for a relaxed and fun visit. Gamers loved the comfort and variety in the game room with fridge and half bath. There are spaces for privacy and gathering. The kitchen is fully stocked for feeding everyone at the large table nearby. This property has plenty of beds and bathrooms to make any group satisfied. We want to return for all of these reasons, plus Shiloh is easy to reach to answer questions before and during a stay. Wimberley is a great and beautiful place to visit. We all want to return in 2026.

Fabulous home for our family vacation

We are a repeat from the previous year. Everyone voted to come back again. Loved it. Lots of room, great amenities, great a/c!!! Secluded but close to town. we will be back again next year!

Fun friends trip

This place is everything that it says it is and more! Very clean, beds are comfortable, (upstairs beds need new mattresses but all other beds are so comfortable). The house was well stocked with everything you would need. The game room and swimming pool are amazing! It’s truly a gorgeous place, and we’ve already booked again for next year!!

Loved it!

The houses, pool, and property were great for our family trip of 16 people. Plenty of room for everyone! Everything was clean and well maintained. The pool area was our favorite, lounge chairs were great. Our only suggestions would be towel racks/hooks to hang wet towels in bathrooms and outside for pool towels. And support bars in the showers for elderly guests. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful property!

Lots of Space

Family Christmas

Enjoyed having 2 houses on the property where family could spread out. Owners were very prompt in getting a repairmen out for a broken dishwasher. Would stay there again.

AMAZING

THE HOME WAS MORE THAN WE EXPECTED. SUNSETS AND SUNRISES WERE BEAUTIFUL. EVERYONE LOVED SITTING AROUND THE FIRE PIT. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME IN 5 YEARS SINCE OUR POP PASSED AWAY THAT THE FAMILY WAS ABLE TO GATHER. WE MADE GREAT MEMORIES AND CAN'T WAIT TO STAY AGAIN OR AT ANOTHER PROPERTY.

Perfect for a group getaway

Sunset Ridge was more than we expected! The name lives up to the experience with wonderful sunsets. Plenty of space to gather as a large group while having several areas to escape in smaller groups. We will be visiting Sunset Ridge for years to come.

Great space

The property certainly fit our needs. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and living spaces. The boys loved the game room. My favorite was sitting on the rocking chairs watching sunset.

Awesome Family Get Away Vacation Home!

The property was beautiful and so quiet and peaceful. The amenities were great. Family enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Game room and pool area were very nice. Our family had a wonderful time.

Wedding Party Retreat

We could not have picked a better place to host the wedding party. For some of us it was the first time meeting. Accommodations were amazing . We enjoyed every minute. It was spacious enough to allow everyone their own space. We definitely would love to come back!!

Fabulous Family Celebration!

I booked Sunset Ridge for my mom's 80th birthday and my parents 60th anniversary. Check in was hassle-free, communication was easy, and the house was as promised... actually it's even better than the photos. We had the best weekend! We filled the house with our entire family and made memories to last a lifetime. I highly recommmend this property.
