We had a small issue with the AC in the master bedroom the last night we were there, but they came very quickly and fixed the problem. "Many past issues have been solved. Hot water was available on demand all 4 days. Housekeeping still a problem as there was hair in the shower stall. This was our 4th stay and we will do it again."
