It was a nice clean cozy place to stay, 5 minutes from the Ark Encounter.

Looks can be deceiving!! Horrible stay 4 inch mattress on a frame. Bugs everywhere trash on the floors cob webs in almost every corner of the house. Dead spiders in cobwebs under the beds. A whole nest of live lady bugs in the trash can and in the down stairs hall way along with spiders everywhere some dead and more alive. You can smell the mold in the downstairs basement and see the dehumidifier in the open basement with huge brown jumping spiders that’s where the washing machine and dryer is and there was no insulation no ac or no heat in the basement. I notified the host to their response I’m sorry we will look into this matter. Should have responded with I will send a cleaning crew or refund a partial payment. Tub is nasty you can see the scum ring around the drain and molding around the tub. I would definitely not recommend.

House was perfect for our stay. The host took care of us promptly when we reached out. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood and was awesome for my elderly parents to get in and out of. It's 5 minutes from the Ark Encounter!

Wonderful place to stay with the family!! The house was clean and comfortable! The deck was peaceful and perfect for morning coffee. We visited The Arc, The Creation Museum and a Historic Site nearby in Boone County, with local history, a small museum, salt springs, bison, and even got to learn about an Atlatl and try our hand at using it to throw a spear at a target. Trails were great for walking and hiking. We are hoping to return!

Overall good for our needs. The basement was musty smelling so we weren't able to use that space for long before it was affecting us. But the first floor met all of our needs: Air conditioning, comfortable beds and enough of them to fit our family of 5, and hot shower with good water pressure and clean. We could have done with more towels. Kitchen- we needed a few more cooking utensils like tongs, a spatula or at least a griddle flipper to flip pancakes or cook eggs and bacon with. A must add if we were to consider staying again: the side/kitchen door absolutely needs blinds installed for privacy. And the basement smell needs to be addressed, an extra humidifier installed, and a check for mold just in case there is an issue there. Again, we couldn't really use the basement game area for that reason. Overall we had everything we needed. The hosts were responsive to communication through the vrbo app and pleasant. We are thankful to have found something within our budget to help make our trip to Kentucky possible. Thank you!

The place was very clean with everything you woukd need . The host was very nice and even accommodated an early check in. The Tv in living room stop working our last night but there was 2nd one in bedroom Beds comfortable. Highly recommend

This was very close to the Ark encounter and it was just what we needed 3 bedrooms and on the same level. We traveled with our handicap dad and we where able yo mange with this property.

We had an overall awesome time. The house was really neatly taken care of. We stayed on the back deck most of the time love the back deck. The house was just what we needed for a stay up for four real nice neighborhood

Quiet home in a nice neighborhood

We enjoyed our time here. The location was perfect for our visit to the Ark Encounter and not far from the Creation Museum. Nice to have access to a Keurig. The major appliances worked properly and there was an instant pot, but I didn’t have occasion to use it, Our bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. We did have occasion to contact the host but he responded with a quick fix…we just needed some batteries.

The check-in process was very simple and directions were clear. The house was not fancy but was comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and there is a security system in the house. Anytime I had a question the property manager answered promp.

Short Vacation

This was the perfect house for my best friend, my mom and I to stay while visiting the Ark. It was nice for all of us to have our own room. The Keurig machine was great for my mom to fix her coffee both mornings. The house was clean and cozy. If you’re looking for a place to stay while visiting the Ark, this is perfect.
