"The property was just as described, and it was comfortable, quiet and clean. There were a couple of places, such as under the furniture, where the floors had not been swept in awhile, but otherwise the kitchen, bathrooms etc. were very clean. Definitely a good value and I very nice neighborhood "

"This house is well-suited to a group of adults traveling together. Lots of space, well laid-out, with many of the bedrooms including an ensuite. We enjoyed the fridge (maybe a pointer to the freezer?).Very helpful instructions and communication for our trip allowed for easy coordination."

"The Property is Very Good, I liked Everything, I only have one thing, the bed is in the Room with the Half Bathroom, the bed needs another Mattress because it is very bad, and the bed sounds a lot, and the Mattress The furniture in the living room would need a sponge mat, otherwise everything is very good, thank you very much."

"Great neighborhood! Very quiet and neighbors were very nice to use. House was very clean and inviting. Literally 5-7 minutes to the Ark. We had a small issue that was very quickly addressed by the owner. That made it all the better. If you're going, I also recommend you take the 45 minute drive to the Creation Museum. SO much to learn there. This house is a great place to relax after long days hanging at those amazing exhibits! Downstairs has lots of activities for the kids! 10/10 highly...

"This was the perfect location for our stay. It was close to the CVG airport, creation museum and Ark! Very clean and perfect for any ages. My 6 and 8 year old loved the game room. The communication, cleanliness and check in/out process was a 10/10. Would definitely Etsy here again if we are back in the area. "
