"The cottage was perfect for me and my nephew. We had separate rooms and bathrooms. It is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The back bed through the former laundry room was so comfortable! "The cottage was exactly as the listing pictures portrayed. Very clean and welcoming and close to everything. The hosts are excellent communicators and went out of their way to leave special touches for our 25th wedding anniversary, which was the reason for our trip to Saint Augustine. "The condo was clean, very nice size for the 4 of us. The location was great for walking to restaurants. ( It was too close to the donut shop though!!! haha) Sit out on the back patio and see and listen to the ocean. Very pretty sunrise our first AM. Pool was big and clean. "We all were very impressed by the house and enjoyed our stay. Suggestions: The downstairs bathroom attached to the bedroom. Bite the bullett and redo the plumbing. It smelled bad on arrival but upon use was fine. Draining water caused noise indicating venting issues, which likely also cause the smell. Shower controls are off causing inability to have a coolish shower. It was virtually always on very warm. "

"Great condo! Very clean with plenty of linens and kitchen essentials. Plenty of parking available near the unit. Access to the beach was just a short walk away from the building. Close proximity to dining, shopping and concert venue. Host was very present through messages to make sure we had everything we needed. This was my first experience using Vrbo and I hope all my future bookings go as smoothly as this one did. Will definitely re-book this property the next time I'm in the area."
