The host Jared and his girlfriend mislead this room. Theres no stable railings leading to the smart lock on a side door. Then to another smart lock. Thats all. The parking is on the side of their cars. So you both cant get out of your vehicle. Theres no bathroom door. The sliding one if it works is decoration it doesnt go to the floor. The one shelf they have over the sink isnt level neverm8nd they think people cant tell the floors atent either. All i asked for was 2 towels for my husband and i and i got disrespected to the point they both messaged me. I never responded but they are far from hosts. Call me Karen all want I won't stoop to your level.

What was supposed to be a spacious Room turned in a box. Water was cold, the door would not lock. Due to the lack of attention of the owner the mattress was too short and the frame protruded, therefore I fell injuring my eye and should. Would never return to this place again. The owner told me to go to the gas station and get ice.

Property layout

We were not thrilled with the open bathroom layout with sliding door which would not stay closed and provide privacy. The outside staircase is in need of repair and my wife had difficulty going up and down them. The owner was very friendly and attempted to help with any issues we had and offered to move us but we were already unpacked. Overall a good stay.

Saint Augustine stay

Comfortable and quiet base from which to explore Saint Augustine. Clean and quiet, most major attractions are within walking distance. Enjoyed my time here would stay again if I’m in the area.

Old house, good host.

The location was excellent. The amenities did not initially meet our expectations, but the host came quickly to provide various items we needed, including a microwave oven. It's an older house without much renovation. The main deficit was that there was no bathroom door, so, little privacy. However, the bathtub was extra deep for a good soak, with nice shower. Comfortable bed. Nice towels. On first floor, with about 6 outdoor wooden steps up to the porch. If you have trouble working the heating/ac unit, ask the host to show you the operation of the remote. The initial rental price price seems very affordable, but there are add-ons to figure in. Adequate parking.

Great Little Place

Great Location! Walking distance from St George St. and other touristy spots. Very Clean! Jared and Monica were great hosts!! They messaged us a couple of times during our stay to ask if we needed anything which was very sweet. We will 100% stay there again if we are coming to town!!

Perfect Cozy Spot

We had a wonderful stay at the Dylan. We were in town to view the nights of lights in Saint Augustine. The location is very close to downtown so it was easy to walk. The bed was very comfy in the room and we slept great. Everything is really clean. It was really a perfect day

Historic downtown walkability

We enjoyed our stay very much. Communications were easy and the room was exactly what we needed. We parked the car and didn't move it until our departure. We walked everywhere and Ubered a couple of times for some more distant locations. Room was clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again.

Walking distance to downtown

Half mile walk to shops/restaurants. We took our bicycles and rode all over too. Quiet street. Private access to your private bedroom/bathroom. Mini fridge if you want to store drinks away. Bed was VERY comfortable. Beats the heck out of a hotel! Recommended it to a friend who was asking about lodging in St Augustine.
