We had a fantastic stay at this home and can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the start, Blake was an excellent host—his communication was lightning-fast and made the entire process seamless.The house itself is incredibly well-appointed. As someone who likes to cook, I was thrilled to find a fully stocked kitchen with every utensil and tool imaginable. Logistics were a breeze, too; having dedicated parking directly in front was so convenient, and the keyless code lock was a game-changer. It was such a relief not to worry about keeping track of physical keys while out exploring!The location is also a major plus for getting around. Being so close to Trolley stop #11 made exploring the area incredibly easy and stress-free. Most importantly, I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Both the house and the neighborhood are exceptionally quiet at night. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-connected, and stress-free getaway, this is the perfect spot.

This was probably my best experience ever at a VRBO, and there have been at least a dozen. The house was well-designed for visitors, nicely decorated without a lot of excess stuff. It has a historic feel, but has the convenience of a modern home. Everything we needed was supplied in the kitchen, the bedrooms, and the bathrooms. It was immaculately clean. We enjoyed sitting at both the deck in the back and the wicker rockers on the front porch, and we were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to see in St. Augustine. Blake, our host, was readily available in case we needed anything. We very much enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful two-night stay here and would absolutely book again. The location truly lives up to the description — we were able to walk easily to downtown St. Augustine within minutes, which made the whole trip so convenient and enjoyable. Being close enough to walk but still in a quiet neighborhood was the perfect balance.The house itself was exactly as described and in great shape. Everything was clean, well-kept, and comfortable, and it felt like a relaxing place to come back to after exploring.We also loved being able to walk to the nearby trolley stop — such an easy way to see the city without worrying about parking. Overall, a fantastic stay in a prime location. Highly recommend!

Super close to the historic district! The house is in a great location, but still very quiet at night. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Wach bedroom has its own full bathroom so it works great for families.There's plenty of space to spread out in the living room. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was fully stocked with pot/pans/utensils.Blake was a great host, would definitely stay here again.

The pictures do this place no justice. It is absolutely beautiful inside. Very quaint and cozy to relax either inside or outside on one of the porches. Very quiet neighborhood. Park your car right out the front door. Close to restaurants and downtown. Definitely would stay here again.

First we absolutely loved this house! Blake was a great host and answered all my questions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It slept all 6 of us most comfortably with the two bedrooms and the pull out couch. Very walkable to most everything. We can’t wait to come back to St Augustine.

Location was perfect! Blake was kind and attentive. I love that it had two bathrooms making it the perfect little place for us to share with another couple for our weekend trip. This is the second time we have stayed at Shotgun House while in town for concerts at the St. Aug. Amphitheater. The location is excellent (restaurants, brewery, downtown) and the house is really nice. Lincolntown is a very cool place to stay, lots of neat houses and history. The host is also excellent and responds quickly to any questions. Highly recommend the place!
