Lovely house, all the amenities we needed, very clean, and great communication from the Blake. Easy walk to all the sites in St Augustine. Parking was easy, left the car for the whole of our stay in front of the house.

We live in Jacksonville but had an event all weekend in St Aug and were looking for something at a decent price and location. That way we didn't have to drive back and forth. This place hit the nail on the head. The house was perfect for two couples. Some people might be put off because it's in Lincolnville but it was absolutely fine and super close to town. I'd recommend this place to anyone pretty much.

Stayed here to check my Daughter into Flagler College. This was a great spot and walking distance to many restaurants and shops including the College. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. Would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Excellent location and fantastic property. We had a great time in St. Augustine. The property owner is top notch in making sure every need is met. The cottage was cute and clean. We were able to relax and visit our family without worry. We walked to the downtown bay front, historic district, restaurants, and even church. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Blake.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Very clean and comfortable. Also loved how all switches were labeled (sometimes it is the small things). The common area was comfortable for an afternoon of “nothing” and any communication with Blake was answered very quickly. Really liked knowing that if we needed anything, Blake would be very responsive.

Once again at this wonderful property. Location is perfect. All extra details are readily available. Extremely clean and very spacious. Beds are super comfy. Lots of good cool air. Love this property and highly recommend.

Excellent Accommodations in St Augustine

Beautifully renovated cottage in the historic Lincolnville district of St Augustine. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a place close to the downtown attractions in St Augustine.

Fabulous 4th!!

Very bright spot for a vacay

Love this property. Best location to all things STA. Perfect beds for sleeping. AC that will chill you out. The cutest lil house ever. Spacious and full of charm. Every detail has been provided for your comfort. Don’t be deceived this is the best of STA. Blake has a gem in this house

Comfortable house in great location

This was our second time at this location. The property is adorable, clean, & comfortable. Host is very welcoming and easy to teach if needed. Just a short walk to the downtown restaurants & shops. There is also a lovely French restaurant just 2 blocks away. Thank you so much & we are looking forward to a 3rd stay soon.

Blake was an excellent host! Great location!

We had a wonderful stay! We had everything we needed. Blake has thought of everything. He is so kind and welcoming. The place is lovely and just as advertised. We loved being able to walk to everything. Cornerstone Cafe was a great breakfast spot and just a minute or two walk. Highly recommend booking this VRBO if you plan to visit!

Upgraded home in quiet neighborhood was perfect for us

We enjoyed walking the neighborhood on the way to old Saint Augustine. The home was well kept and clean; beds, a little firm, but quite comfortable.
