"The condition of the property upon our arrival was unacceptable, unsanitary, and did not match the expectations set by the listing. Our group of six arrived at the property, unloaded our belongings, and began walking through the home. We understood from the host that any concerns needed to be reported within the first hour of arrival, so we immediately inspected the property.Within minutes, we discovered numerous serious issues, including:* One of the advertised beds was not a mattress at all,...

"The house was very clean and tidy. The check-in was seamless. We attended our son’s wedding in a nearby town. It was nice to venture out to some local establishments before leaving. It was really nice to be able drink our coffee in the morning watching the wildlife outside the patio window (chipmunks playing & a small deer grazing in early mornings). The area was quiet and relaxing. This location was perfect for privacy/seclusion. We were extremely happy and hope to return someday."

"This is a perfect spot if you plan to drop your stuff and go explore Grand Rapids all day and just come back to the house to sleep. The listing says two bathrooms but there is only one bathroom. The air conditioner in the large bedroom didn’t work and the ceiling fan was very wobbly and loud, so it did get pretty hot at night in July. One bedroom has a king and queen bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed. It is a great neighborhood, about a 15 min. walk to all the great shopping and...

"Great location and easy to use!"

"We were there just as overnight guests. We attended a wedding nearby so ot worked out perfect."

"Nice, small great value place short walk to downtown couldn’t be happier with my choice"

"Host was quick to contact and easy parking. Will stay here again. Great price for the area!"

"This small studio has a fun, industrial, and newly renovated vibe. We loved the record player and selection of LPs from the 70s and 80s. It was spotlessly clean and quiet. It's near two parking garages, one of which has an EV charger. The location is fairly central to key Grand Rapids museums and events, within walking or a short driving distance. It is located in the basement, with a large window looking out at a locked exterior stairwell, but the light is good, and there is a darkening shade....

"Great modern place with everything you need in a wonderful location! Would surely stay again!"

"The property has a very cool vibe. We were in town for a show at Acrisure Ampitheater. It was very convenient to the venue and the downtown area. Troy was a great host, answered messages through the app and called to see if our check in process went smoothly."

"I really enjoyed our stay here, it's very welcoming, comfortable & cozy! Stephanie is a wonderful host, and was very easy to contact. We were on the 1st floor, and it has a nice porch to sit and enjoy your morning coffee!"
