Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the apartment and 2 stall attached garage & driveway. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include in unit laundry, private patio, grill, community tennis courts and nearby walking trails. -$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only).

-No breed restrictions

-Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas.

• Parking on the street is strictly prohibited at all times for any reason. All guests must use the designated parking areas provided on the property. Vehicles parked on the street are subject to immediate towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. No exceptions will be made.
